Nicole was the nicest host, though unfortunately our time to be back was 4:45 pm we had reservations set up to be at afterwards already paid for and the time to be back kept getting pushed back due to issues with the driver we didn't get to the dock until after 6pm causing us to miss out on our other plans. It wasn't as if we had extra time to swim we quite literally sat in the boat and stared at the dock from 5p until after 6pm bc the anchor was already raised. We understand this wasn't the fault of the owners but after calling and voicing the frustration we were told there's nothing they would do because "this wasn't their fault." Which is very unsettling, we came to enjoy my Bach trip and ended up beyond frustrated we missed out on plans that had been in place for weeks and the owner can't do anything to make it right. Not a great way to run a business or keep customers. Said someone from our group called yesterday, which wasn't the case or true, couldn't give us a name or information, I'm assuming it was another group that was also stranded out there but because he didn't take names or info he. clearly didn't know that. Told my husband he'd reach back out to him, and again didn't ask for contact info to do so. Just a terrible experience with owner and management. read more

We were in town for a bachelorette weekend and we can all agree that our favorite thing we did was rent this pontoon boat on the lake. It was BYO, which was great so we could all bring what we wanted and the staff kept our drinks cold in their coolers and our snacks and food on the bar. Captain Tiffany and Christina were the staff on our boat and there is no one better. These two ladies were amazing, funny, attentive, helpful, and master photographers of our wild group of ladies. They made the experience even better! If you're in Nashville, I highly recommend stopping by their office and making a reservation. Their shuttle (and excellent driver, Daimon) will take you to the boat and the lake about 15-20 minutes away. We are still talking about this event! Best Day Ever! Captain Buck and Tiffany made our experience with Nashville Toons the absolute BEST! 3 hours of pure bliss! They both were highly attentive in making sure our experience was superb. From ensuring our drinks were always fresh and ice cold, to directing PROFESSIONAL quality photo shoots, they did not disappoint. The boat is stocked with noodles for floating, and the Lilly pad which is a giant floating pad which literally holds 5 grown adults. The bathroom has a full flush operating toilet too! If you are looking for something fun to do, you have to give this a try! It was well worth every penny. The water was aqua marine and the absolute perfect temperature. AmaZing time! We were in town for my best friends bachelorette party and this was one of the absolute highlights of our trip! Check in was a breeze. Deonte, our shuttle driver, made sure we had the best time on the way to the lake. Kenzee and Aziza took amazing care of us while on the boat!!! My friend booked Nashville Toons for a bachlorette party and we had the absolute best time!! The boat was so fun and we loved the water slide! Our captains were Maria and Tiffany and they were amazing! Every time we'd go up to the top or be in the water we would come back to a sparkling clean boat and all of our stuff would be organized. They'd throw us something if we were in the water and didn't want to get out. The boat ride itself was great, we went to the side of the lake and anchored there for the afternoon and swam and jumped in. BIG SHOUT OUT to the best bus driver, Dan! He was jamming right alongside with us while keeping it very professional. Can't recommend them enough! read more

This was such an amazing experience from start to finish! I booked our pontoon online which was really easy and convenient. I looked at A LOT of different pontoon rentals for my sisters bachelorette and Nashville Toons stood out for many reasons. For starters, the price was perfect. The boat can hold up to 14 people and there is also a captain which we were looking for. We had the pleasure of having not one but two captains onboard! I can't say enough good things about Dustin and Tiffany. They took group pictures for us, handed us drinks while we were in the water and took our empty cans so we didn't need to get out of the water, and even organized our belongings while we were in the water. Seriously they were perfect and very personable! The boat itself was perfect as well. It's was a double decker with a slide and they also had a giant lily pad and plenty of noodles onboard. We loved the convenience of having a shuttle to pick us up from their downtown location. We loved it so much we wanted to do it the next day too! There's definitely lots of competition when it comes to pontoon rentals in Nashville but Nashville toons is the winner in my book. I will do this again when I come back to Nashville. A group of us planned a trip to Nashville over July 4th weekend. On the way over, the driver let us blast fun music and drink/eat in the back on our way to the lake. When we got there, the boat captain and hostess took care of everything for us! They grabbed our snacks and put all food out for us, so we didnt have to worry about a thing. There was lots of space on the boat so we could spread out easily. We drove out to the middle of the lake, and then were able to jump off or go down the slide. The captain and hostess took care of EVERYTHING including restocking our food and drinks, removing trash, and taking lots of pictures! I was hesitant to booking this because I was worried about the cost. But when I divided it up by all 12 of us, the cost of our trip was only $72 a piece. Overall, this was the best part of the trip by far! It was really nice to get away from the business of the city, and spend time just with our group and no distractions. Pro tip: there is a Whole Foods about two blocks away, which was really convenient for grabbing snacks before heading over to the bus. read more
