I was recommended to come here by my sister. I called ahead to make an appointment to meet with Mrs. Naso. (I recommend doing the same, as during tax season they get extremely busy!) I originally came in to see if my online filing was giving the maximum return. After looking over my paperwork and plugging in the numbers, Mrs. Naso did admit to me that my online filing return was going to be the same as what she got. She didn't charge me for the consultation or the work she did, but she does have VERY reasonable prices for those who need her services. I definitely look forward to working with her more closely when my taxes do become a little more complicated than just being single with 1 job. read more

Pretty straightforward. My parents have been coming to see Rosemarie for years. As a mainly full-time college student, I use to get my taxes done free since my parents get it done there. When I started to make more money they charged my $50 to do my taxes. It wasn't a real big deal. I got my refund and learned a little more about the 1040. This year I got my taxes done through volunteers at school (accounting majors in the VITA program). It didn't take the 15-20 minutes it takes at NASO but it was free.99 always a great price at a cost of 3 hours though. My taxes weren't as straightforward as usual this year compared to other years but I still got my hefty refund. read more

I can't recommend Rose and her team enough. My taxes are not at all straightforward, and she not only helped us with all that, but she is quick at what she does and more importantly knew how to get us the best return possible. Even if we had figured out how to correctly file our complicated taxes with a free or super cheap service, we would have lost out on the size of return that we got, so her fee more than pays for itself.
