This is the only place that I trust my skin to. I've been following Natalia for years! From my Brazilian waxing to my threading and facials. I have gone to a couple other places for threading but I always end up with an eyebrow bigger than the other. Worst place ever! Had a fill on a Saturday (still looked bald) was charged $110 went back on Sunday to have more and lashes were uneven and curled down! they were closed went elsewhere to have them corrected and done properly . I had really high hopes for this, but I'm a little disappointed. I scheduled an appointment for an airbrush tan with Natalia two days before my cruise. I followed the directions exactly...no shower or sweating for 6-8 hours...the longer I wait, the darker the tan...well, I waited about 9 hours before showering. At first it looked really good and I was happy with it, but it pretty much completely faded by cruise day...it was supposed to last 7-10 days, but didn't even last 2 whole days. I do want to say that Natalia was very sweet, friendly and professional, which is why I'm rating 3 stars rather than 1. I don't know why it faded so fast, but I've gotten other spray tans that lasted a lot longer. I just wish I hadn't been so lazy about getting a real tan...next year I'll tan the old fashioned way, even though it's not exactly healthy. read more

I went to Natalia with a strange skin mole on my jaw line that had been bothering me for a few years. She took one look at it and said "oh no problem I can take care of that". She took out her lazer and zapped it and boom it disappeared and has never returned. She has also zapped other tiny broken capillaries on the side of my nose which took a few times but eventually with her confidence and skill my complexion is smooth and looks great. I have been to this salon twice, once for eyelash curling with T and the other for eyebrow embroidering with Natalia. Both experiences were exceptional!! My eyelashes look fabulous and long and I always get compliments asking if they are my own. I do, however, get a little help from Latisse for the length, but not the curl. That's T's expertise. Now for Natalia. What an expert! I have practically no eyebrows, I'm blonde and over 50. She made my eyebrows look natural, and gave them a wonderful soft color. Was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the service I received and the location of this salon. Used a living social voucher for cat eyes and got the greatest looking lashes, thanks to Rebecca. I thought the point of a consultation was for the service to come out the way you hoped. After what I thought was a thorough consultation, I laid back and trusted Natalia, only to open my eyes and see that I got mini mouse eyelashes. I am a guy and asked for a natural look, following my own length (short on corners and longer in the middle) with a natural curve. I leave this weekend for 2 weeks and tonight was the only time I could take my appointment. What upsets me most is that Natalia didn't even apologize or try to make it better by offering me a discount to redo the service. I'm a firm believer that beautiful skin is a goal not just for women. My skin is sensitive and oily and I get regular break outs. I made an appointment with Rebecca and she gave me a thorough facial with extractions. She took the time and educated me on how to properly take care of my skin. She recommended some PCA products that are geared towards mens skin. I have been to both Natalia and Karen, and my lashes are well-done each time and last a long time. Natalia is fast and really thorough. I scheduled hair removal with threading and the young woman had NO idea what she was doing. She was clearly not trained nor a professional. After her third try, I walked out. She could really hurt someone not knowing how to thread properly. She can cut or even rip off a piece of someone's lip. Aside from causing harm, this is clearly fraud. All beauty professionals need to have credentials and be trained and certified at all the services they offer. This place clearly has employees that are not. I have very sensitive skin and pretty much allergic to everythng. I can't wax and I can't get facials because most products make me break out. I had to find a solution to my crazy eyebrows because everytime I tweeze them I ended up messing them up. A friend of mine told me to try eyebrow threading. I live on the beach and hate to leave, so I was fortunate enough to find this place located on the beach. I went in for a consultation and I explained to the technician that everything makes my skin irritated and I wanted to try this new threading thing. When it was over my skin naturally was a little red, but I didn't get the bumps that I normally get from waxing. She told me about her Organic Facial, so I made an appointment for the following week and had the most fantastic facial and my skin had no reaction to these organic products made by Eminence. I was a bit nervous about doing a chemical peel because I have sensitive skin but Rebecca, my esthetician, was fantastic throughout the entire process! I got a PCA sensi-peel facial and noticed a difference in my acne-prone skin within 24 hours. I was also instructed to use PCA products in between treatments and was very happy with those as well. I was greeted by Natalia who was so nice and professional and explained to me how the eyelash extensions worked and how I can further enhance my eyes by threading my eyebrows. I figured I should get the whole works. The results were amazing, I felt like a glamorous Hollywood movie star. The great thing was that while I was getting my eyelashes done my boyfriend got the most relaxing facial ever. It was called an Organic Facial and he said it was an indulgence to the senses because it smelled and felt so good. The business is inside SoFi salon, and it's a full service salon under one roof.
