Dr.Wong is conveniently located on the first floor in a medical building. It has everything -- pharmacy, blood lab, x-ray, ultrasound, etc. He is very professional, welcoming and thorough. Here on Yelp, for instance, it says they're a walk-in clinic, which could potentially lead to wasting both a potential patient's and the doctor's time. Maybe that's Yelp's fault, though, I don't know. I was recommended to Dr. Ng by a friend a while ago when I was in North York and had a fever. This friend was a registered patient of Dr. Ng's, said she was kind and attentive. I'm sure she's great to her clients, but as a walk-in patient I felt like she was practically shoving me out the door. I was sick and visiting a new place and had high expectations from my friend's glowing review. What a letdown. This experience has always stuck with me even though it's been years. However, the clinic did inform me I can walk in in case I need services. The email response time is exceptionally good and prompt. This is a good sign that in terms of administrative functions, it is quite efficient. In respect of the medical services, I have no idea how they are doing until I visit them next time.

Yes there is a 1/2 to 1hr wait (always), even if you make a morning appointment…read more However, my biggest problem with Dr. Elepano is that she is consistently booked more than a week in advance. Which means more often than not I find myself at some walk in clinic with some useless doctor that couldn't care less about me. It doesn't matter how good Dr. Elepano is if you don't ever get to see her. I have never been able to get a same day, let alone a same week appointment. I only see her for a yearly check up and go to walk-ins for everything else.
