I've been having my cloths tailored by you for over 15 years. I've always asked "it will look just like this?" You're always responded "yes". The two striped long sleeve sweatshirt tees I brought in to be shortened had side vents along the bottom of the hem. they opened up the piece and made them more flowing. I fully expected them to look exactly as they looked when I brought them in. The shirts cost me $120 each. You made no mentioned at the time of service there would be an extra fee for vents in the cost of shortening either tee. I waited 3 weeks for them and it looked like you had just finished them that morning because the were not bagged and on the to go rack. Why would you now charge me $12 per shirt extra to make them look the way I brought them in. I'm sorry, but I'm very disappointed. I will not be returning. Janet Fleming. read more

She listens, she talks to you about what she thinks she can get done and then she does magnificent work. I am a huge procrastinator. I waited until about a month before my wedding to buy my wedding dress, and I got it off ebay sight-unseen (and un-tried-on). It ended up being 4 inches too big in the bust. I asked around and someone recommended Natasha's. I figured I would either be paying a million dollars to have it done on time (two weeks before the wedding!) or just wouldn't find anyone. Natasha made me an appointment for 3 days later (I called on a Friday and the appointment was a Monday). The alterations (taking in the bust, hemming the bottom and adding a bustle) were done in ONE WEEK, and cost less than $200. That kept my dress costs to UNDER $300! Sweet! I get all of my alterations here and have never had an issue! Denim hem is $9, suit jackets about $25 depending on what you need done. Natasha has you try on the times so she can get an accurate measurement and is always open to answering questions or your opinion. She's also good at explaining how she will do the alterations so you know exactly what will happen with your items. If she needs more time to work on your items, she'll call and ask ahead of time which I greatly appreciate. read more

I was VERY disappointed to say the least. Worst work I have ever seen and not cheap!!!! Felt robbed when I tried the jacket and the tops she was suppose to take in. She did not take them in the way she had pinned them while I was wearing them. The 3 pairs of pants she did not even hem!!! Said it was too difficult! I brought my scrubs in to Natasha's and got them back just a few days later. They were really big on the top and I needed them taken in. When I got home, I tried them on to see how they fit and, oh my goodness! She did an AMAZING job! Not only is the top taken in, but she also added slits to the sides near the waste to make them more comfortable. (They are unisex scrubs and I have hips.) The pricing was reasonable and she fixed them faster than I thought. I am definitely going back to her and I highly recommend that you do as well! read more
