The two striped long sleeve sweatshirt tees I brought in to be shortened had side vents along the bottom of the hem. they opened up the piece and made them more flowing. I fully expected them to look exactly as they looked when I brought them in. The shirts cost me $120 each. You made no mentioned at the time of service there would be an extra fee for vents in the cost of shortening either tee. I waited 3 weeks for them and it looked like you had just finished them that morning because the were not bagged and on the to go rack. Why would you now charge me $12 per shirt extra to make them look the way I brought them in. I'm sorry, but I'm very disappointed. I will not be returning. Janet Fleming.

She even offered to chat over the phone, which I really appreciated. Dianne graciously squeezed me into her schedule. I met with her that Saturday, showed her the dress and explained the alterations I needed, and left it in her capable hands. When I picked it up, I was absolutely blown away. The quality of her work was incredible--honestly some of the most beautiful alteration work I've ever seen, especially given the short turnaround time. The dress fit perfectly, and I couldn't have been happier with the result. Beyond her talent, Dianne is genuinely kind, welcoming, and professional. She made the entire experience stress-free, which meant a lot to me since I've never been a huge fan of wearing dresses in the first place. She left multiple pins in the veil and a dress seam. Lastly, I was willing to pay for someone experienced, but the bustle she made me was a single hook and broke within minutes. After hemming the dress, the edges were uneven and I ended up having to suggest a solution to repair the dress. Overall I would NOT go back to her again, I found her disorganized, overcommitted, and someone who underdelivers.

When I first called, Nancy asked several questions to ascertain if she had the necessary equipment and materials to complete the job. After our brief discussion, she said to bring them on in.
