We even worked trade figures over the internet for my boat! The boat was as described, and the figures were exact to the last penny. All of this was done during COVID-19, and I actually never laid eyes on the boat until I had paid for it! They managed to pull off 'touchless delivery' with about 6 of us in one day! After getting the boat home, and 2 solid days of rain, I noticed some items that needed correcting. Kyle and the staff at Shoals took care of everything, and made sure I was happy and satisfied with my purchase. I would definitely make that long drive from Missouri again to do business with them again!

Race day, you know) Before the purchase, the sales staff (especially Lane) worked with me getting specific pictures and videos to reassure me that this was the bike I wanted. Then, when I was ready to pull the trigger, my bank won't do used motorcycles on anything other than a personal loan, so the shop stepped in and arranged rather nice financing for me, with seemingly no effort on my part. Pick up day finally came, and everyone was lovely to work with, and quite respectful of the fact that I was taking a day off from work, and wanted to get moving. Love the bike, love the purchase. They are located on Hwy 72…read more It has a large parking lot that's easy to maneuver, but the business is on a hill and it makes getting back onto the highway hazardous. There is a backroad you could use to avoid the danger, but you definitely need to be a local to know how to use it. There is usually always a huge selection of products from new Honda street bikes to generators. You can find a handful of Harley Davidson bikes here, also. A special treat is to walk through their bike museum. I don't know the official count of old bikes available to look at, but look at the pictures I posted, shows several. There are only 3 bikes in the museum that I personally like. The rest appear to be dirt bikes and racing related. They offer repair services. I never had anything fixed here, but you see activity all the time.

I didn't hear anything so I called back before they closed on Friday to see if they could look into it but no luck. So I waited all weekend with no update probably because they were closed but maybe tracking number would come from ups or fedex. On Monday morning the 17th I called at 8:01am spoke with the came person from Friday he said he would take care of it personally don't worry it has probably already shipped but he would get back to me today.I didn't hear anything so I started calling at 3:31pm until 5:00pm 17 times to be exact I even left a text message.They message me back at 4:58 asking for my order number I gave it to them and asked them to please call me with no response.Feeling very frustrated I spent $650 and don't feel valued as a customer.I live on east coast so we are 1 hour ahead.

Caleb was great and ran to the back and asked someone which one I should order and told me the 40 degree stage 3. So that's what I did. It's been months since I've received it, but never had the time to get it installed. I've now installed it and it's over heating my belts( I have a Razor back IR belt temp gauge) and they say I don't have the right primary spring and weights (even though I let Caleb know that) for that set up and I should have ordered the 45 degree Helix. I'm not made of money to just order another one. The guy I chatted with over yesterday offered a 20% discount, but like I said now I'm stuck with a Helix I will never use, plus have to purchase different spring and weights for the primary which I don't know why they didn't say something when I text them I had the 1017 and 18 grams weights. Just very unhappy with it all.

Took delivery few days later. Branden the driver was on point. We had to remove the protective plastic wrap from the critical areas. Then I had a pretty empty tank. About a gallon of gas. Vehicle was not cleaned up to standards for delivery to a new customer. Had three days for proper pre-delivery preps. Got word veh had departed svc dept for delivery to me without an air filter installed. Then the last straw was my down payment check had been drafted by the Accounting Dept to my bank twice. My account was handed over to the fraud investigation dept at my bank and they handled everything otherwise Freedom power sports was going to take forever to return my funds due. I realize no intention was made to defraud but with all the other negative issues I had to endure this part of the experience was not great. The last thing Noone from the dealership called to apologize or offer a gift card to a nice place to dine or anything. Good customer relations. I have been waiting three days now from a request to speak with the General Mgt. Deal is done. No more concern for customer follow up. Enjoying my vehicles now but would have hard time recommending to my friends in need of a unit from there.
