I would not recommend this place for iPhone repair. I brought my cell in for replacement of OLED due to cracked screen. I started having intermittent issues with touchscreen within 30 day warranty period. I spoke with him once over the phone and now I can't get him to return my phone calls. I had to replace my phone with Verizon but they wouldn't let me exchange it without repairing a small crack in the screen first. Mind you, without trading in my phone, it would've cost me an extra $800 to get a new iPhone. From the beginning the screen replacement would go a little crazy and apps would jump around and texts would have characters jump around without my input. The problem seemed to be solved by a couple hard reboots. As time has gone along, the problem has become worse to where I will have to replace the screen. When I called Nate about it, he got defensive and said "you are out of the 30 day warranty.". I told him I was willing to pay something for a new screen but didn't feel it was fair to pay full price again. He told me he couldn't operate a business that way. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value I make a disclaimer about this business. He honors his warranty. BUT you better be very thorough in checking your phone to make sure it is fixed to your satisfaction! Dot your i's and cross your t's because if you walk out of his store after telling him its "satisfactory" he considers that your 1 repair under the 30 day warranty. Be VERY VERY CAUTIOUS AND THOROUGH!! I originally took the phone in to have a chip repaired or replaced. It became evident it was irreparable so he sold me a used phone. It seemed to be a good phone. And he assured me that his phones were better quality than online sources. I had no reason to doubt him at this point. I took it home and used it for less than a day and noticed the camera was shaking and irradical making blurry pictures and videos. So I took it in to have him honor the warranty. He did. He replaced the camera. He told me he put a new camera in it which he had ordered for me "brand new." ( I suspect it was not brand new....and if it was...well it didnt work like new.) I trusted it would be good from what he told me. I checked the phone as I was leaving. It wasnt 100% but it seemed to be much better than the previous one as I tested it. I told him it wasnt 100% but it was much better so I left with the phone assuming it was going to be better. However after I got it home it started to shake again and cause blurriness. I dealt with it for a week over spring break as I was out of town but it continued to get worse to the point of buzzing. I brought it back in after spring break to have him honor the warranty again because the camera he installed obviously was not working. He insisted that because theres a small fracture in the glass by the home button that the phone was dropped and that was the cause of the new camera failure claiming that dropping would cause the magnets in the camera to break and cause blurriness and radical performance. And that if I wasnt 100% satisfied the previous visit I should have let him know then and he would have fixed it. I didnt want to be confrontational so I just had him replace it again. This time I verified very thoroughly that all camera functions worked 100%. He charged me $45 even though it should have been covered under warranty. Listen....we all drop our phones once in a while. Sometimes I've been amazed at what they can withstand. And a very small fracture in the screen down by the home button is not going to cause a camera to act so radically. Especially right after replacement. A warranty is only as good as the man who honors it. And sometimes trust and honesty speak much louder than a warranty. I was left with a phone that was blurry, unclear, color distorted. He suggested that for me to receive a refund he would go and get my original screen out of the dumpster and place it back onto my telephone. I would never recommend this guy to anyone after what he did to me tonight. I was referred to him by a friend of mine and Hugh hopes for good service but he failed miserably at providing good service. I confirmed with him that I would be driving 45 minutes to his shop after work and that it would be 45 minutes after he closed. He said "sure just call me when you are two minutes away and I'll meet you there!" One would think that he would stick to his word if he was "looking forward to doing business with me" after showing up at 6:45 like I told him I would and calling him twice and leaving two voicemails he was a no show. First off I just drove 45 minutes to get my phone fixed when I could have drove 10 to another shop. I waited over 10 minutes for him to either call back or show up. Nothing. It is unfortunate that I heard him tell another customer while I was waiting on the line for him to confirm that I would be coming to his shop tonight. "A lot of shops are closing because the new iPhone 12 is not something we can fix anymore" well you'd think he would want to try to repair other phones he is able to fix and keep him self in business as much as possible. I had my iPhone 7 Plus screen replaced here and immediately had a problem with my cursor jumping and jumbling my text messages. I brought it back under warranty and Nate argued with me and told me it was not due to the screen, as he was trying to get out of doing it. He spoke to me in a condescending tone and blamed me, saying I didn't understand. After I insisted, he replaced the screen again but said it nullified any warranty. My screen issue with the cursor jumping was fixed, but the earpiece on my iphone no longer works, thanks to Nate, so I can only hear my calls in speaker mode. I called Nate and he refuses to help with the problem he created. We googled the problem and found it is related to screen replacement on the 7 Plus. Take my advice and DO NOT go to this mans repair shop. I have never left a bad review for anyone because I have never had to experience this kind of service before. Nate repaired my sons cracked IpAd screen a couple of months ago. After a couple of months (now) the home button got loose, then it cracked on the corner. I called him he said he had to see it in order to tell me what should be done. He didn't say anything else because he said he can't tell unless he sees it. The home key was glitched but was still working. I went in with the iPad and right when he saw it he said he can't fix it because it works with finger print and only Apple can do it because they have to take the whole screen off to do it and they are the only ones who sell the part. So I figure that was my only option because he said no other way would work. But he offered to try to move the button back in place and see if it helps. Thats all he said. He never said anything about risking to ruin the screen or having to remove any screen. All I thought was he was going to just use a small like tweezer tool to help move it a bit to place in order to manage it until i take it to the apple store. I waited while he did it and felt he was talking a bit too long for that. Then he finally came out and said the screen didnt survive it. I was SHOCKED because he never said anything about removing the screen to do the small fix. He took off the screen and ruined it and couldnt fix the button "that he initially said he can't fix" right, so what did he take it off? He started throwing the blame on me that he told me over the phone. I said Absolutely not. Then he said he told me when he saw it in the store. And he did not. Just ask yourself why would i allow him to remove the iPad screen when he had just told me he cant fix it???? Why would I agree to that? He never even told me. He ruined it and threw the blame on me so he doesn't pay for the fix himself. I am a female and he started raising his voice at me in a very defensive way and accusing me that he told me and was very rude and loud throwing all the blame at me instead of admitting he did something wrong. Nate is very unprofessional, rude and not trust worthy. Not trust worthy because he is not honest. He doesn't admit to his faults. He was extremely defensive and loud towards me. Every-time I tried to talk and explain to him that what he is saying was not true he spoke even louder and kept interrupting me telling me no matter what I said, it's not going to change anything. He wasn't going to fix it and that I can go and do whatever I want. Does anyone of you want to be treated like this?? I don't think so. I am a very reputable figure in the blogging industry and I don't make things up. I am very trust worthy and believe me this man is a scam and a terrible person to work with. Do not ever do business with him because you will end up paying more money for the mistakes he did. He is going to now reply and tell you guys that he told me and defend himself but DO NOT BELIEVE HIM. HE IS A BIG SCAM AND A LIAR. I wish there was a zero star instead of one. I had an iPhone battery replaced by Nate and about a month after I paid for it the replacement battery began to weaken. I called Nate, and he told me that my 30 day warranty had passed. He said I could purchase a new one. Ridiculous. Why on earth would anyone pay again for a poor battery. It was poor customer service at best, and a rip-off at worst. This guy seemed professional, but did a bad job in my case. I DO NOT recommend taking your cell phone or any device to this place. I have supported Nate's for quite a while. I have sent many people to him as I love supporting small buisness. I can no longer support this guy. My recent referral to him was my 82 year old mother in law. She has not been out of her house for almost 3 months as Covid -19 could be a death sentence. While almost every business is supportive of the elderly during these times Nate REFUSED to walk 6 feet from his front door to take her phone from her to fix it. There was no one in his store and this should have been easy and the right thing to do. I was so upset at his lack of care that I went up to his store to voice my disappointment it the situation. Still with lack of care he expressed some big liability in approaching an 82 year old woman to offer curb side assistance during a pandemic. He then lied and said he offered her to come to his door which she would have done. My 82 year old mother in law is the most truthful person I know. If she says he didn't offer her that then he didn't. When you chose to support small business it's a two way street. They should in turn be supportive to the community. I went in for a usb issue with my phone and Nate checked it out and said there's no problems with it. He also help with the phone not working with my vehicle's screen. He informed me that it might be the vehicle's software. I was able to resolve the issue myself but without Nate's help I would have not gotten the phone to work on my vehicle and make a mistake of getting a new phone. Took my phone in because it would not hold a charge. Nate was very rude and dismissive, didn't have any interest in hearing what I had to say, and said he could only attempt to fix my phone if I left it with him indefinitely. He couldn't even give me a time frame for how long it would be before he could look at it. My phone is my job and I can't leave it with someone indefinitely. Tried to explain this to Nate but he didn't care. I ended up going somewhere else just because Nate was so rude. I wish I would have read his reviews first. I would have seen that there are multiple reviews that mention how rude he is to customers and, interestingly, he replies to them all and he's never in the wrong. His customers are always to blame for any problems they experienced doing business with him. Well where to begin! Went to have my screens replaced and payed $134. He told me to come back in 30 minutes. I came back, paid, received phone and went home with no problems. A little while later went to use my phone to find out that it would not even turn on. So I went back to speak with Nate (the owner) and was told it was now a software problem. I told him that my phone was a brand new IPhone! He restored the phone and an error popped up stating that my home button was not correct. He said it wasn't his fault and became rude to me. I said well it's a brand new so it's not the phone and said "I should have never agreed to do the work on your phone!!!" I couldn't believe how he was treating me acting as if it was my fault!
