Went to get my iPhone 8 refurbished. I was given back an iPhone that can't connect to hotspot. Dirt in the camera. Very poor battery life. Hardly sensitive screen, when charger is plugged in it sits crooked. I'm not pleased with what I got. On top of that I didn't get the device I gave them back. So idk what they put in this phone. When dealing with phone repair guys I usually tell them that I want my used parts back. I didn't do it here. It was my second time refurbishing this phone and I got a better product back when I went to Ez fix center on north belt line road. Hope this helps somebody. Pure scammers. Did not say that they were replacing a piece of my iPhone with an aftermarket piece therefore it broke very easily. They said I signed to terms and conditions which states that they can use aftermarket product. I have asked for video footage of me signing this (because I never signed or agreed to anything) and they still have not sent me the video. I have called them a few times now with no response. read more

I have had multiple interactions with iRepair now so I can go provide a comprehensive review of my experience with their sales & service. They are a true gem, I brought in my iPhone 7 which had stopped working. I had it repaired previously by a store in Irving & in Miami. I let them know the urgency of my situation & despite it being a few hours from closing time on a Friday they found time to diagnose the issue & even repair it same day which meant a lot. The cost was more than reasonable & they even pointed out some bad repair choices by the previous stores I had this repaired by. The experience was great, they were courteous & very knowledgeable. My second experience was a week or so later after doing the minimum repairs to my phone to get it functional I brought it back for a thorough refurbish of the internal parts & again I received the same level of service & the cost was also reasonable. I have been using my iPhone 7 for many years & found no reason to upgrade Bc it still works great & they just put another 5 years of life into my phone & saved me a ton. This is a gem of a repair store in our area & they have been consistent so if you get in a bind & need repairs give them a shot. read more

These guys told me that they could unlock my phone. It was a phone that had find my iphone still on it but it had been deleted. I didnt know the apple id....(long story). I explained this several times before indrove 40 min to roanoke. I get there explain it again...."it has find my iphone still on....i dont have the apple id password..." now i know this is a HARD task. Normally places cant do stuff like this. But he assured me he could turn off find my phone. So i hand him the phone its powered on he literally says ....this will be quick. Leaves my sight goes to the back and hands my phone and its turned off. I say wow ur done ? He said yea i turned it off. Its good to go. This dude literally thought i meant turn off my phone. Like power it off....are u freaking kidding me???? I am not making this up!!!!! This was the craziest thing ive ever seen Nope not the wrong place. Its possible he didnt understand. But why does he not know what "find my iphone is"? And further why would he think i would go to a repair shop just to power off my device? read more

I went there because my charger port was messed up, and they told me it was $45 for a "labor charge" after I had already given them my phone. They did a "deep clean" and it took 20 minutes for my phone to get cleaned. Absolute scam of prices. $54 after taxes and a tip just for them to clean my phone with a toothbrush for 20 minutes. I doubt they even opened up my phone or anything. Waste of money for someone to clean my phone and tell me the price after taking the phone out of my hands. read more

We had an iPhone with water damage and these guys were able to fix the phone and get it working again. They were VERY reasonable considering what a new iPhone costs. They had the phone ready when I got there and walked me through so i could see the phone was in good working order. These guys did a fantastic job and I am SO GLAD to have them here in Roanoke. Fixed broken iPad screen. Home button was stuck after I took it home. Didn't know it had to sit for 24 hours before using. Called them up and they had me bring it back and they fixed it. Very friendly and knew what they were doing. I would go there again but hopefully I won't need to! read more
