The process for scheduling was very simple (via text for me) and he was great to work with! My car was truly disgusting and I was ashamed to let anyone in my car. Now I feel really good about it. I told him he gave me to wrong car back. I wish I had a "before" picture to show you. I have a high standard for customer service and I couldn't rave more about Don's friendliness, humility, and explaining what he will do. He quoted me a fair price and he was even able to clean it overnight the same day and have it delivered to my door the next morning ! You can't ask for more than that. The car was squeaky clean and, carpets were shampooed, seats restored to plush leather and needing the TLC it deserved. He even took out white scratch's on the exterior with no harm to the paint or gloss and I never even asked. I would highly recommend checking him out. I am sure he is a Great Father BUT Don't let the "Great Guy" fool you. They say don't judge a book by it's cover & so don't do that here either. As for his Details I will admit his work is Great BUT his Professionalism is that of the opposite. Within the first month I brought him my Lexus & Jeep. He did a "Complete Detail + Engine Bay" & I paid him $400 on the Lexus & then the very next day I paid him $500 to do the same thing on the Jeep. I also bought 2 Shirts for $50 for my Son & I & since then had him do 2 "Express Details" on the Lexus at $100 each. Do the math & that is $1,150 in the first month. Last Friday while he was doing the "Express Detail" on my Lexus he suggested instead of doing a "Complete Detail + Engine Bay" at $400 each month why not every Friday we meet at 5:30pm & doing a Refresher $100 "Express Detail" still in total of $400 a month & I thought it was a great idea. Well yesterday 06/28/24 we had an appointment to meet at his Father's House at 5:30pm to do the Detail Mobile. Not only did I postpone my Son's visit thinking Brandon & I was going to have this appointment but my Garage where I keep it is about 1.5 hours away walking & it being a nice day I decided to walk & so I did. I got to the Garage by 5:15pm texting him if we were still on for 5:30pm & after waiting 10 minutes he finally responded & said he couldn't do it because he is finishing up a Complete Detail & he still had to finish a Ceramic Coating. I told him how I postponed my visit with my Son a day along with walked that 1.5 hours to the Garage already & literally 7 minutes prior to when we were supposed to meet he tells me can't do it??? If I would have not texted him & went to his Father's I would have been sitting there waiting for he would have flaked with no communication which is the same thing we talked about as he complains about some of his customers doing to him. Now here I am walking another 1.5 hours back home therefore waisting 3 hours total of my time just walking & me not getting the Detail that we had the appointment for. He had no remorse nor cared at all but made the excuse "It Was Not Intentional" instead of being a stand up buisness man apologizing & asking what he could do to make it right. I am yet to hear from him nor do I plan on it. At this point he should be paying me for waisting MY TIME along with Visiting Time With My Son. If on Social Media you see his "Availabity Openings" don't trust it because he lacks communication & has no time management skills. I even told him I could have waited until even later him knowing I had a Car Event on Sunday & would have came to him if it would have been easier at his Shop but yet he still said NO & could have cared less. Do Not Trust His Word because his word is not valid & after posting about it on IG I got a DM from another person in whom told me he fully understood Brandon's Unprofessionalism. Not to mention I have wore his Shirt, My Son has wore his Shirt, I handed out Buisness Cards, I handed out Flyers, I Gave Word Of Mouth Recommendations & I Promoted Him On IG.
