    Absolutely love the Platinum Package with Ceramic Z-Gloss add-on. I also opted to invest in the Z-Shield paint protection film for the full bumper, full hood and mirrors too. It helps the bugs come off easily in the summer and also has protected me (myriad times) from those pesky road salt dings. No dings = no rust formation! Highly recommend their services, especially when purchasing a new vehicle. I have all 6 of my families cars with this package and we couldn't be happier with the product and the team at Ziebart Henrietta. Take a look at my car, it's a 2016 and it sparkles as if it was brand new off the lot! I personally worked with Peter Chapin., but any sales representative would be more than happy to assist you too! Note: they take a walk around video before every service to ensure that certain scratches and dings aren't due to their techs work in the back. There are some reviews on here stating that "Ziebart" scratched their car, put a new ding in their paint, etc., but there is proof through that video whether those damages were there during the work or prior to. Aka, if you're reasonable, they'll be reasonable with you :)

    I have had multiple issues with Ziebart in the past but I have officially become frustrated enough to finally write a review. I recently went to go and get an interior detailing done at Ziebart. I specifically explained that I was in to get a stain cleaned from a spilled to-go container. When I got my car I found that not only was the spilled soup still completely there in its entirety, but there was still napkins from where I had attempted to clean as much as I could on my own. After calling to get to a manager I was out on hold for 20 minutes and hung up, resigned to call back later. I was able to get through to a manager a few hours later and was asked to return to the location for the manager to take a look. The pictures don't even do the mess justice. I still see many other areas that are dirty and I cannot seem to understand what I paid $160 to have done.

    I had my windshield replaced awhile ago now. My car was not even a year old and got a crack near…read morethe rear view mirror. I had used Safelite in the past, and that was what my insurance company recommended, but I was surprised when I looked online and saw all the negative reviews. I was a little worried about it, but I used them anyway. It's so convenient since they will come to your job or your house. I was concerned about the windshield looking the same way since it was a new car and I wanted it to look like it was supposed to. I called them, and they pick the correct windshield for your car, with the correct frit. Yes frit. I found out those little black dots on your windshield have a name, lol. Mine has a lot of frit at the top, and the replacement they put on does, as well. I could see my car my from office window, so I came down and met the tech when he came, he worked on my car, and then I came down again when it was done. That was it. It was easy on my part, and you wouldn't even know I had a new windshield put on by looking at it. I'd use them again without hesitation.

    My first appointment was cancelled by phone message because the replacement had a flaw. Two days…read morelater the installer put a windshield in with an obvious chip and some hazing. (He didn't say a word to me.) He also made other obvious mistakes leaving the cowling open and other trim loose. I called the tech and he said his manager would contact me. This didn't happen because he never reported my complaint. I studied the cowling issue and found that GM had a fitment problem, many owners complained that the lower cowling was flawed. The manager said a replacement part was unavailable, but my Chevy dealer had it available overnight. Just lies, bad workmanship and installation of a damaged windshield. The second install went better (different tech,), but I had to point to one mistake after he finished.
