It's hard to distinguish between the new and old concrete. The design and layout matches so well, it feels it's always been there. He responded quickly and was overall excellent with communication. He had great recommendations for the project. He worked into the evening some days, did exactly what he said he would and when. He and his crew worked so hard and were so efficient this summer, the whole job was done within a week including the coloring sealing. The amount of dirt they removed to get the forms laid and ready should have taken days if not weeks alone. We were very happy with the process, price, and final project. We enjoyed working with Troy so much and were so happy with what he did, we asked him back to seal our garage floor. Brad and his crew did a fantastic job! They fixed a stub wall between the main 2 stalls of the…read moregarage and the 3rd stall that was out of plumb by about an inch and a quarter. This meant replacing the block footings and the removing the brick work on the face of the wall, supporting the roof line bringing the wall back to plumb. They then replaced the footings and block under the wall and relaid the brick facing.They also did a concrete apron across all 3 stalls of the garage which solved other problems of heaving of the driveway at the garage entrance. These guys were great to work with, showing up when they said they would and completing the job quickly.We will use them again if the need arises and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to have concrete or block / brick work done.

The edge near the curb is not flush, and it looks noticeably uneven and unprofessional. We reached out and had someone from the company come take a look. Unfortunately, they dismissed our concerns and told us not to focus on it, which was frustrating given the significant investment we made. Clear communication and attention to detail are important, especially for a project of this cost and visibility. The crew was courteous and respectful throughout the job, which we appreciated. However, the lack of communication regarding the final finish--particularly the curb edge--was disappointing. Had we been informed ahead of time that it wouldn't be flush, we could have addressed it before completion. Once the job was finished, it felt like follow-up and customer satisfaction were no longer a priority.
