I don't usually get chills writing reviews, but I do now...because Dr. Rosen saved my life…read more I came to him after Kaiser failed to detect blood clots that could have killed me. Dr. Rosen immediately recognized what was going on, got me on the right treatment, and quite literally saved my life. For that, I will always be grateful. Beyond his medical expertise, he is one of the kindest, most gracious doctors I've ever met. His bedside manner is incredible...he's friendly, funny, and easygoing while still being extremely professional. You can tell he truly cares about his patients. His staff is also top notch: warm, welcoming, and they treat you like family from the moment you walk in. The only "downside," if you can even call it that, is that Dr. Rosen is in such high demand because of his reputation. I don't know if he's accepting new patients, but honestly, if you can get him as your family physician, do everything you can. Dr. Rosen is A+. His practice is stellar across the board. I highly, highly recommend him.

For nearly three weeks, I repeatedly called the office, left multiple voicemails, and never received a callback. As a returning patient, that was incredibly frustrating. At this point, I genuinely believe there may be an issue with the office phone system rather than a lack of concern from the staff. When I previously visited the office, the woman at the front desk was constantly working--answering phones, helping patients, dealing with insurance, and keeping everything moving. She was clearly working hard and doing everything she could. Out of frustration, I eventually called Dr. Vesco's direct line, which said I would receive a callback within 30 minutes. Instead, I got a call back in about 30 seconds--even though it was during the office's lunch break. Both the front desk and Dr. Vesco took the time to help me, resolved my issue quickly, and treated me with kindness. I genuinely appreciated that they interrupted their lunch to make sure I was taken care of. I'm updating my review to three stars because my only real complaint is the difficulty reaching the office by phone. If that communication issue can be fixed, I think it would make a significant difference for patients.
