First appointment they had three women in the visit, photographing me while she made remarks in a condecending tone like "Do you have dogs?", when I explained my concerns. She then sliced me up, which required follow-ups and stitch removal. Of course that was on my lower back so I have no idea if it was even necessary. When I expressed how violated I felt, she replied that I should have known what happens at a body check appt. Well I went to a new dermatologist and had a lovely appointment, several appts actually. My new dr takes their time, has a full discussion about options and hasn't once had to scrap anything off of me or made me feel violated. SW did complement my dress once, so I know she's capable of saying something in a nice tone. Hopefully she's working on this. It truly is all about the tone and execution. Also, the office needs to be more considerate when photographing patients and inform them clearing about what is to take place.

After his first treatment, she encouraged me to email her with any follow-up questions. Not only did she respond twice, but she did so over the weekend -- once at 12:30 a.m. on a Saturday and again around 1:30 p.m. on a Sunday. Her responses were detailed, thoughtful, and comprehensive. That level of dedication and care is rare. During Noah's facial, Deyssi invited me into the room to observe. She took the time to explain every single step of the treatment -- what she was doing, why she was doing it, and how it would improve his skin. She did the same when recommending products, walking us step-by-step through how to use them, in what order, and how each one would help. She is incredibly thorough and clearly passionate about what she does. The warmth and professionalism we've experienced from both Fargol and Deyssi have been outstanding. I did a Forma facial and it was completely non invasive and not painful at all. We took before photos so I could really see the difference afterward, which I appreciated. They applied a gel to my face and used the Forma device to glide over the skin with gentle warmth. It felt relaxing and soothing, almost like a warm facial massage. Forma uses radiofrequency energy to stimulate collagen and elastin production. It helps tighten and firm the skin, improve texture, and smooth fine lines over time. What I loved most is that there is no downtime and it is safe for all skin types. My skin felt tighter, lifted, and had the most amazing glow afterward. I usually wear makeup every single day, but I left without any makeup on and felt so confident. My skin looked that good. Instead of focusing on a solution, the conversation became unnecessarily confrontational, including mentions of contacting the insurance company. In my experience, the office managers and in-office staff are much more professional, respectful, and helpful. If possible, I recommend speaking directly with the office rather than going through the call center. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future patients can have a better experience.

Today I called again to set up care/a well baby appointment and called 5 times until the receptionist finally picked up. She was very rude and short with me, I asked if I could set up an appointment for my infant daughter, she asked what insurance I had, when I gave the information she told me "through medi-cal? Yeah we aren't accepting anymore of you people" and hung up the phone on me. So I guess on top of having a useless reception desk they are also very openly classist and discriminatory. I called my insurance right away and switched doctors. I cannot believe that this office is in business
