This school is a gem. After a year of online school in another state, my kid was way behind in…read moremath, reading, writing, EVERYTHING. In just a few months, the teachers at Montauk School turned that all around, and my child is now in the top 10% in all subjects. The proof is in the numbers! In addition to being stellar academically, the school offers arts/music education and extracurriculars that other schools just don't. It's a creative and welcoming community, and my kid is lucky to be a part of it.

The Country School's culture is one of acceptance and nurturing. The emphasis on character building is just as important as academics. The small size of the school and classes makes this all possible and successful. The faculty is amazing. Every child is treated as an individual and taught in the same manner. I feel very fortunate to be able to drop my children off at school in the morning and have no worries of the bullying and harassment that my daughter experienced in Madison a Public School.
