Definitely a good notary. However I take away one star since his price is not consistent as mentioned on website. It \ varies by customer not by document type. Example mobile charge of $10+, not mentioned on website nor charged to all customers. It seems not fair but would be nice if things are predictable and consistent. read more

I contacted him after 6:00PM. He was quick in responding to my emails. I wanted to get the documents Notarized the same day because I was leaving early morning the next day. I had no option but to drive to his office at his residence because I gave him short notice. So it was not really MOBILE for me. Nathan's work was thorough though. $5 per document is NOT bad. Had a confirmed appointment for this morning at 11am I even received an email confirmation. According to the email confirmation, I would be provided the address/location where he would be signing my documents. Well that never happened! I called about 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment to find out where I was to meet and I was sent straight to voicemail. I still haven't received any communication about what happened. Nathan is awesome! If you are reading this and trying to choose a notary, you can't go wrong with Nathan. I called him to notarize my refinance documents, and got an appointment a few days out. He arrived at my home for this service on a weekday evening. I found him to be very professional and very nice, and it is clear that he takes this job seriously. He runs his business with pride. Beyond the expected notary services, Nathan also saved me from a potential legal headache: as he was reviewing the documents, he noticed an error on the part of my lender on the Deed of Trust, and he was not shy about sharing with me what he usually sees. (He has done a LOT of these types of documents!) Nathan was right! I contacted the lender the next day, and they admitted to the error, issuing a new set of documents. If the old documents had been recorded with the county incorrectly, I can only imagine the legal fees I would incurred to correct it! So here is a big THANK YOU to you, Nathan! I called Nathan back when I received the new set of refi documents, and he returned to my house that same evening. He offered to charge me only for the travel fee the second time because it was a repeat effort, but I was more than happy to pay for his services, given that he saved me the first time. My first encounter with Nathan was good. He answered the phone, we set up a time and place and as he was finishing up with a client I walked up with my forms. I signed, he did his part and it was quick and easy. I have a second and third document set of documents that need to be notarized but it seems Nathan is too busy. I called a number of times a few weeks back and nothing. Either his voicemail was full or the messages I did leave were never answered. I called again yesterday; I actually spoke to him but since he was busy asked me if he could call me back. He did and we set up a general time and place for an evening meeting and he asked me specifically how may signatures I had. I found out, called back and left it on him voicemail. Later in the day, I called five (5) times from 4:00pm on until about 7:30pm as the papers were urgent but I got nowhere. The voicemails I left were not responded to and still have not heard from him. If you can't make it or if the one signature is not worth your time, please let the customer know. Don't waste his or her time. I could have found someone else to go to. I've found a new place and he'll miss out on the next few times I'll need a notary. read more

For $5 per signature you can't go wrong. When you count signatures I learned that it's it's per document. I needed to get documents for work notarized to add someone to my benefits. It was $5 for me and $5 for the other person to sign. I was so thrilled when he only asked for $10. It's a steal! He does charge extra $10 if you want him to drive to your house. So we just met at a local Cafe instead. It only took about 15 mins tops. He responds faster to emails. Definitely recommend him to everyone. read more

Absolutely first-rate. My mother-in-law was hopitalized and I needed her to sign some documents relating to her retirement and have them notarized. I found Nathan via a Google search and arranged to have him meet me at the hospital. He was prompt, friendly and had a very professional manner. He was patient with my mother-in-law and very efficient and detail-oriented. And his fee was exremely reasonable. All the documents her notarized for us were accepted by the California State Teachers' Retirement System, a very picky and troublesome bureaucracy. HORRIBLE SERVICE! I asked if "Nathan" would be willing to notarize 1 document. He said he would. I gave him a general area of where I lived, he said it was too far. I said I'm willing to meet you and he said sure, 9pm. I went to the general area of where I was to meet him and waited and waited. No call...NOTHING! I called him at 9:30pm and he makes up a LAME excuse. "I just finished with a client, can we meet tomorrow?" WTH? I made arrangements (I have a 2 month old baby and can't just up and leave) and you don't have the decency to CALL your clients notifying them 1) you will be late or can't make your appointment and then 2) say "it's TOO LATE? Totally unprofessional business. I called to set up an appointment, left a message, and did not receive a call back. I called the next day and once again received the owner's voice message. I finally did receive a call back and set up an appointment for 8:00pm the next day. He stated that he would call me before to set up a location. 8:00PM came and no call. I called him and got his voicemail and asked for a call back. When I didn't get one, I called him again. I finally reached him and he stated that he could not make it but instead could come at 9:45pm or 10:00pm. There are more professional notaries out there. Nathan was great. I was so excited to find a mobile service. Most of the time you have to drive somewhere, wait in line, get something notarized, and drive back. The whole thing takes an hour+. Nathan made this super easy. He showed up at my place on time. I was actually on a conference call and he just came in and did everything while I was on my call, told me what he needed me to do in a whisper, and it was done. I looked this gentleman online and found his number. Called him to get 4-5 signs notarized. He was late in his appointment and not very plesant to deal with. He was honest in telling me that he can not sign on the pages due to a watermark/background lines. I told him that I am fine or else I can reschedule other day after I prepare the document on a plain paper. But he insisted me to pay for travel expenditure. When I asked why he did not exlain all these things upfront, he said it is there on my website. I did not find any clear description of his requirements and conditions when he want the client to pay travel expenses and what is the formula to calculate it. It is not a few dollars but the surprise and his attitude (aparently upset when I asked why not notified upfront ) that made me write this review. Please make sure you clarify your task in email before scheduling for the work. read more
