He replies to messages within minutes, making communication effortless. When it came time to list our property, we simply sent an email, and within a few days the lease was signed with a qualified tenant. It was truly a hands-free experience. David is very knowledgeable about the local rental market, pricing properties competitively. He conducts thorough background checks to ensure reliable, responsible tenants are placed. When maintenance issues arise, he addresses them promptly and professionally, never leaving anything unresolved. He's also built a trusted team of maintenance specialists and contractors who are experts in their respective fields. We recommend him highly.

To be transparent, we are property owners, so this review is from the owner's point of view. Having said that, he's been proactive in making sure the rental house is in a good shape, including regular annual maintenance. This is to ensure tenants get what they pay for. One thing David really stands out is his responsiveness and timely communications. Tips: believe it or not, best way to contact him is via email. He'll call me as soon as he's available whenever I ask him to call me via email. His email responses are mostly cryptic and straight to the point, and some folks may take that differently. But for us, we like his cut-to-the-chase, no-nonsense style. Believe us, we have had a different property manager before, and he may seem courteous, but his responsiveness and professionalism are not even close to David's.

We were doing everything from afar, and they were so responsive, on top of every detail, and fully committed to making sure we had all the information we needed. They even managed the inspection process for us remotely, which made a huge difference and took so much stress off our plate. They also helped our daughter and her husband find a home in Seattle, and the experience was just as wonderful. In both cases, they listened so closely to what we were looking for that we found our dream homes incredibly quickly. It really felt like they got us and were truly invested in helping our family land in the right place. We couldn't recommend TeamUP Seattle more highly. They're professional, warm, incredibly knowledgeable, and just genuinely great people to work with. If you're looking for a team that will go above and beyond for you, this is it.

They carried me through the entire purchasing process with ease, answered every one of my questions thoroughly and carefully, and demonstrated exceptional negotiation skills. They even stocked up dog treats and toys for my Aussie on closing date. Take my word for it -- hire this team and prepare to be impressed!

Managers well-intentioned, professional, and knowledgeable. Online maintenance and other requests. Full package delivery and holding, mailboxes actually close and secure, I'm kind of amazed with it all. I pay for it yes, but I'm getting a lot, too. I already know I'll miss it after school. Full working safety systems and rally point in emergencies. Stairs and elevators all work, the paint is relatively fresh everywhere, just kind of wow for a historical building with this much charm. My bedroom has French doors with paneled small square glass windows, I have two generous walk in closets and plenty of storage space in my modest 1-BR. I can easily recommend this facility without a second thought.

This has its benefits since you get your telephone, Internet, heat, water, electric and all the rest of your utilities included in your rent every month; the rent is a bit more than for a similar apartment in the area but when you add up the benefits you get its pretty much a wash and it was really nice to only have to write one check every month rather than four or five. The proximity to the university is unparalleled: you are literally across the street. I could see George from my 4th floor window. Getting that extra half hour of sleep consistently made all of the difference. The apartments themselves were really nice complete with hardwood floors (in most units), dishwashers and fresh paint (it makes a huge difference). The company in charge of operations were really easy to work with, if there was ever a problem all I had to do is make a call and they had their handyman there and the problem solved usually within the day. In terms of university life I don't think there was a way to be more connected to the campus and everything around it besides living in the dorms (which at the UW are sub par to say the least). I don't know if I could live in the Udistrict again after school (I do miss it from time to time) but living at the CD was the one of the best decisions I made when I went there.

There are some things they do very well- such as responding promptly to maintenance requests. However, they are terrible at proactive maintenance, listening to tenants, and providing written notice when work is going to be done around the building or living spaces. Laura would provide a whole month of notice before she did anything and regularly kept up the building in excellent condition with a keen mind for the well-being of her tenants. It is regrettable that the Sagamore is now run by a corporate entity with very little regard for the people who live in the building. Since new management has taken over, I have FREQUENTLY felt that my belongings and living conditions are NOT safe and that I have to be vigilant about what is happening in and around my building. I like the area I live in but I would relocate somewhere that treats its tenants more like people and less like cash cows if I had the money right now.

Laura, the landlord, was very attentive and responds quickly to the very few maintenance requests that came up during our lease. The unit was well maintained and was very clean when we moved in. Other building residents were very nice and we never had any issues with noise. The location is amazing with Green Lake, great restaurants and all the grocery store options nearby (Trader Joe's, PCC, Whole foods, Safeway..!) Several bus stop options and the rooftop space is wonderful as well. I would've loved to stay longer if I didn't have to relocate for work.

(Yard overgrown, fireplace not functional, slick moss on the driveway, etc) Beyond that we are still overall happy with the home. Max, Ivan, and Ashley who act as the property managers could be a little more responsive for RPA on behalf of the "owners" who are the same people that own RPA under another LLC. Emails go unanswered and phone calls unanswered at times. Maintenance vendors are very friendly and fair priced. Would recommend them in the future to prospective tenants. Overall we are happy with the home and hope to stay another lease term.

It took them two whole weeks to send someone out to fix it. They left a hole in the roof on the inside but patched it up on the outside and are claiming that we caused the damage. How? They were too lazy to put a new roof on and/or didn't want to seal the inside of the house's vulnerable spot from water damage caused by the leak. Secondly, about a year into renting, our bedroom window had red mold and was leaking water. We promptly put in a maintenance request, but they didn't come for a whole month. We finally reached out to the landlord, Max himself, to inform him of my allergies and asthma. The mold is not good for anyone with these conditions. They finally came out after weeks of trying to get ahold of anyone. There's so much more I could go on about, but I think this is enough to make my point. I absolutely do not recommend this company to anyone. We are very disappointed and they're very unprofessional. Big thumbs down.
