She was also SO sweet and even brought me coffee. She really cares about her clients being happy with the end result. I'm obsessed with how my hair turned out and I've already booked with her again. The only reason I'm knocking off one star has nothing to do with Kaihler herself, but the salon's product pricing. I purchased a hair product there for $47, then realized afterward the exact same product/size is selling for around $25 at Ulta and Amazon, and even the brand's own website has it listed for $36. Marking products up that much is pretty scammy and left a bad taste in my mouth, so I definitely wouldn't purchase products from the salon again. But overall, Kaihler herself was amazing and I'd definitely recommend booking with her!

lauren arnal cured me of my fear of hairdressers!! she and her lovely assistant amanda were so kind…read moreas to help correct and add layers to a botched at-home bob. seeing her in late august was my 2nd salon visit since early 2020 (when my hair was messed up and i was scared to go back). i asked for a "pretty in pink" type of layered/layered/almost french bob and it came out incredibly. lauren was super understanding and made great conversation! i hate when hairdressers are catty/mean to people about the state of their hair and there was no hint of that at all. my haircut has also grown out quite beautifully. aside from lauren and amanda being the best, the salon was very clean, well decorated, organized, and modern! each stylist has a little cubicle of sorts so you can still talk to whoever's around you but not feel watched by a bunch of people at the same time if that's not your vibe.
