They have like six people working the windows. I believe they don't let anyone in at 3:45 since they close at 4 pm. The Customer Service Agent was really helpful and informative. I needed to replace my Driver's License. I made my appointment online. It took three months to get…read morethe appointment! I heard they do appointments only, to cut down on traffic. It makes complete sense, because they have Woodway Elementary right down the street. The Parking Lot has been redone but, not expanded. I walked in and just about every seat was taken! There are signs explaining to check in at the Kiosk, take your number then fill out an application to replace your Driver's License. The Front Desk attendant was busy with a line of people. Later on another woman explained to us that the numbers are not called in order so, pay attention. She also, mentioned to make sure your forms are filled out correctly. She gave examples of some questions that are usually forgotten. That was very helpful! The Restrooms are sort of clean. There was some tissue paper on the floor though. They would not accept just a Social Security Card because, I do not have a Birth Certificate on file. So, I had to go get my Passport. Smh. I was able to get my spot back in line. Yes! Thank you, Jesus! She said, She does not look at the date the passport was issued but the expiration date. In case your wondering. It took like an hour and forty minutes for me to get my replacement. It was 10.00 plus a 1.00 processing fee. Also, the girl at the counter called for the next next number while she was still helping me. It made it awkward because, someone was anxiously waiting behind me. When their number was called they wanted help right away but, couldn't be helped right away because, I was there. Alright, that's enough info. I guess, that's what's expected at the DMV.

The online form for scheduling an appointment defaults to an inapplicable auto complete mode, times out and clears information already entered. It shouldn't be this difficult just to get an appointment by phone!

It is very open and looks like it could be used as a small convention site, huge social function, a bazar, wedding or large party! In fact, there were left over streams that looked like a wedding reception had been held. It seems like an old building but had been recently refurbished/painted. For our event, we were seated at large round tables which means some had to turn their chairs. Although we were only there about 3 hours, the venue worked.

One of my relatives mentioned that she wanted to host a mini family reunion but she needed a venue in the Fort Worth area. After brainstorming with a few other relatives, this venue came up. The venue is fairly new and has already hosted many events, from gospel concerts to weekly church services to other gatherings. There are smaller rooms that can be transformed to accommodate the needs of various groups and there is also the grand ballroom that can be rented for more formal events. The prices are very reasonable (think around $300, that's a steal for 4 hours) and includes tables and chairs. You will have to pay a deposit but if you clean up after your event, you deposit will be returned. In addition to being very spacious on the inside, there is plenty of parking outside as well. This is a great venue and should not be overlooked because of its location.
