I found a countertop and asked questions about veining because the countertops that I picked out had veins. First off the guy came to measure the countertops and they were cut two short and they gave us a hard time about that and then to tell me that I could have my contractor fill in the holes. Second I decided to use the countertops as back splashes and again asked the question about the veins matching. They told me they would match. Not the case at all. When they came to install for a second time the veins do not match the backsplashes after I was told they would. They claimed they never said this which is not true and told me that I had buyers remorse. For a $10,000 job they are doing sloppy work and do not care about the customers. I had asked about a discount because now I have to live with ugly countertops that do not match and will only receive a 5% discount which is nothing. The owner does not care about his customers and only cares about his money. Buyers beware of this place. Also when you walk into the shop the staff look miserable as they never have smiles on their faces, it's like they can't be bothered to get up to help you. Buyers beware of this place.

On his own he found out the brand of hinge I needed and even showed me where to buy it. Needless to say I was very impressed with Jake and the great service he provided. I will definitely keep Cabinet Express in mind for future Cabinet needs and I can highly recommend them.

He had the needed part for one and the "magic touch" for the other. A different company came out a year ago and couldn't fix the one, and wanted to sell me a new system. The guy working at Stadium Hardware recommended this place, and thank goodness for that! I walked in, the lady knew exactly what piece I needed, got it, installed it in the one window I brought with me, and showed me how to install it so I could do the other window myself when I got home. I was in and out in five minutes, and it only cost me $1.50! Next time I need anything for a window or door, now I know not to waste my time with a hardware store and come straight to the experts!

Our house was missing a few storm windows, and had a few others due for replacement; I ordered up a set from Robertson's. The largest panes wouldn't fit in my little car, so I asked about delivery options; Robertson's doesn't deliver, but will give you a business card for Metro Delivery, which worked out just fine. Prices were on par with Home Depot or Lowe's, but the flexibility, responsiveness, and overall experience were a world better. The windows themselves are nicely made --- I wouldn't go as far as "works of art" as they're fairly low-tech (strips of gasket, mitre-cut aluminum), but reasonable materials and solid workmanship. Definitely my go-to for screens & windows, either normal-ish or very custom.
