I parked and walked in the find the sliding doors were broken, with a printed piece of paper instructing you to push them open yourself. Could be difficult for some. I go to the front desk and no one was there, fair enough it was evening hours. I picked up the phone and dialed 0 like the sign said and no one came. Maybe they were in the bathroom. I checked out Boot Barn next door for about half an hour and came back. Dialed 0 again and the clerk came out this time. She had a scowl like I was disrupting her night. She was very short with me, probably because she didn't speak English well, a very thick accent. No friendly manners or courtesy whatsoever. No smile, no "enjoy your stay," nothing. I go up to my room, and on my way I notice the furniture in the elevator area looks like it was pieces together from a thrift store. No big deal, I'll never use it. The hallways need vacuuming. I get to my room, turn the tv on, and the only thing that works on the remote is the volume. I didn't want to be forced to watch CNN or nothing during my stay so I returned to the desk to ask for the remote to be fixed, and the lady wanted to give me a different room instead of fix it. Then the manager came out, sort of berated her in front of me, deservingly or undeserving I dunno, but he came to my room and fixed it himself. The toilet did not flush and I opened the tank and fixed it myself. The shower is VERY slow to drain. The furniture looks dingy and stained. The hot breakfast is not on weekends. Printed signs on recycle bins saying NOT A TRASH! makes you feel quite unwelcome like you're burdening them with staying here. My key stopped working after the first night so I went back to the front desk to get a new one. Same lady is always there as if she lives here and there are no rotating shift employees. In fact I've never seen any other employees than this clerk and the manager. She did not even want to touch my old card, there is a jar for old cards she pointed to when I tried handing her my old one. If you want to park closer to your room and use a side entrance, we'll they removed the handles to discourage you from doing this, but a tiny rock is placed so the door doesn't fully close and you can pry it open with your fingers. Not secure. I could just use my key to open it as intended. Or did this break too? This Quality Inn is low quality.

Laundry facility is new, huge, & always clean. Wifi was spotty but they've worked on it & it now covers the whole park. Showers are also nice & new, large & clean. They also have a brand new mobile home park next door where you can rent their new mobile homes & also split homes for single people. We checked out the other parks in town & this was by far best, newest, & no more expensive! There's even a rec room. (& tell them Kimela sent you & I get a discount!)

This park has done nothing but go down hill since they opened! If there is an emergency and it is not between 9am -4pm you are out of luck! Ex: in the winter if your water burst and you need to shut it off good luck! Or if you think your kids are safe think again because even though there is a slow speed posted the office could care less and 50mph is perfectly acceptable to the office! I think my favorite is the 4th of July Notice..... it states that no fireworks are allowed to be set off in the park and if so Williston Village RV will fine you and these rules are strictly enforced! Of course when the on premises management is setting them off I think these letters are sent out as a Joke, but it really isn't a problem for the on site management as they live in a house trailer and not a 5th wheel that will burn to the ground in a second........ these things are basically toothpicks that will catch fire with ease! My recommendation is that you keep looking!

I called and a delightfully voice said come on over and she gave us great directions. Side bar it is well off the highway on a dirt road. And there aren't any signs to direct you. When we arrived Ashley took us to a spot. Then she said if this is too windy I have places that have wind blocks. We were exhausted from fighting the wind and we were thrilled to just be able to stop for the night. In the morning we realized this is very much an oilman's camp. It's is all gravel. Not a blade of grass here. Not great for my pooches. But again we were so happy to have a place to gather ourselves we didn't care. We even stayed an extra day to go shopping at the Walmart down the road and do our laundry (which is another issue) and get ready to press on. On the surface the laundry room looked ok but I quickly realized more machines were broken than worked. Ashley quickly gave me refunds for the machines that ate my quarters then didn't seem to have power. Anyway we came, we rested, we move on. And Ashley was awesome!

They have full hook ups. Close to the freeway. That's about it. Nothing memorable. People in the office were very nice. The guys doing yard work could have maybe focused on an empty area rather than driving the mower 5 feet from where we were sitting having coffee this morning. Definitely wouldn't recommend staying for more than one night. No bathrooms. No laundry. Dead ass sun. Happy travels.

Then Mike, the next guy on shift, opened up the conference room, so I could have a quiet place to read while my parents rested.
