I came here almost a year ago to get my hitch installed and just recently my left blinker went out…read moredue to them not installing the wiring correctly. While looking to see why my blinker was not working I found more issues that had been due to them not installing everything properly. Such as them not securing my battery correctly with the bolts. This caused my battery to be loose and caused battery acid to leak. Luckily I caught the acid leaking before it caused any further damage. They did a very lazy install job considering how much I paid for them to do it. I recommend getting your hitch installed another place, or at the very least if you get it installed here double check that everything is put back correctly or you could have problems further down the road like I did.

I will say that my car did look nice. However, I was expecting it to look like new and instead it just looked the same as when I vacuum and dust it myself. If your car is in terrible, disgusting condition then Revive can probably make it look nice. If your car is like mine and in good condition already and wanting to be perfect down to small details- stay away from Revive. I had to ask Jeremiah to go back over several places (which he did) and even after almost an hour of that, I was left with streaks on my windows, makeup on my steering wheel (one of the main reasons I wanted my car detailed), dirt on my vents, a few spots that didn't get wiped down well enough, spots on my ceiling, some hairs, dirty matts, and even a piece of trash was left unnoticed. It's as if the small details were overlooked--which I thought was the point of a detail. I requested a quote through Yelp before deciding to go with Revive. I was quoted a range from $119-$189 and was told the higher price was for a VIP package that would include everything I had said I was looking for. At the end of the day, I was charged a whopping $260 + Tip, which was a HUNDRED DOLLARS more than expected. My leather seats had been conditioned and I was charged extra (with no warning), and the quote I had originally been given did not include tax or inform me that it was plus tax. I was left really disappointed- I spent way more than expected AND ended up buying cleaner online and going back through and scrubbing my car myself to get it looking perfect. I would not recommend Revive. To end on a positive note- I will say that Jeremiah was a very hard worker. He spent most of the day on my car in the hot sun and was nothing but cheerful.
