This was my first time using a process server and I received little information about the process and next steps. *** Update, in response to owner below*** If he called me and I didn't answer, why did he not leave a message, send a text or email?? I got nothing! I have all of the email communication and it doesn't lie. It shows I emailed him for an update at the end of busn on a Tues. He replied he served the person on Sunday (with no explanation or apology for the delay!) That's 2 busn days I waited. And I had to reach out to him. That's not great customer service. The same emails also show how in the dark I was about the process. Emails show me asking very basic questions about the process and getting very short answers. And no, there was no detailed explanation of anything at the beginning. The long response from the owner only contains irrelevant information in his failed attempt to make it look like he's providing some great defense. It's crazy how some people can't take responsibility for anything.

The guy who is behind the counter takes a picture of your package and texts each mailbox user individually which is very very helpful. Also their prices on odds and ends are very reasonable. I won't be leaving anytime soon and will stay with them for ye to come .
