All started with selling me drywall they don't have in stock although they say they have 40 on…read morehand...then I contacted my brother in law to pick up order from 20 miles away only to waste his time after I went in to get my pickup slip then I am told there's none in stock... but delivery following day... following day comes I call late then the delivery changed to Thursday afternoon and offer free delivery to offset the inconvenience of being lied to...then ( keep in mind a week earlier I paid with debt card) which was processed and community lumber was paid ) now they have my cash...then the promised delivery comes and goes without a update meanwhile I have a contractor waiting for product... then I have to initiate a call to inquire...now a week has gone bye..then they deliver broken drywall ...so fed up I sent contractor to home Depot to purchase a new order of in stock drywall...at my expense and was given run around by community lumber..I can't believe they are still in business and since my disappointment and costly experience I have been talking to 20 + people and they will never go there again...I encouraged them to review the community lumber to let other victims know about their experience..I wanted to help the local business... but there is a reason they go out of business

He is the best in professionalism, courtesy, friendliness, knowledge and solution to the needs required. Before I arrived I always call to ensure the store is open to avoid wasting fuel and the staff is always courteous answering the phone. Everyone I've met has always been the best in service. The first time I went to Waters Ace Hardware store Carl helped me find a Delta handle for my kitchen sink and also allowed me to use his work room to try to fix my original handle which was damaged from the removing the screw. He gave us tips on some things we could try on our own, and was very knowledgeable about our type of windows and siding. A previous estimate was over $3500 to fix our problem, but Greg was able to make some adjustments and suggestions that were far more reasonable.
