Bag looks great and recipient was happy. What was most surprising was that they seemed give me the same attentive service as their high volume clients. Most places do not want to do just one item, but Uptown understands that if you're happy with one item, that you're coming back for future orders, and I will be back. She gave me amazing guidance when it came to selecting the size for the print design. I had her print on three different styles (see pictures attached) The tops needed a different screens: XS to L was a certain size then we sized up a tad for the XL to 4XL. The sizing she recommended was spot on. My graphic designer that also sells her own printed apparel was very please with the end product. Overall I am extremely pleased with Eva's professionalism and I am looking forward to hiring her again.
