The pressure is not what it should be. Called Lone Star out to inspect the problem multiple times. The response was "nothing is wrong we drill the best wells in Texas" That was a load of shi* Paid for two different well companies for a second opinion and to inspect the issue since Lone Star treated us like we didn't know what we are talking about. Turns out Lone Star was paid to put a certain pressure tank in. They put in a cheaper lower pressure tank that wasn't providing enough pressure and pocketed the extra money they were given by the construction company. This business is shady!!

I had a full house water softener with a carbon filter installed, as well as an under the sink RO filter. Texas water is not the hardest water, but there is a palpable difference with a softener installed. It has been since April of 2024 that my home has not been completed, from the damages this company has created. I've contacted Don, John, Yeshua, Tina, and I still have all the text, voicemails of the bs they tell me that they are going to get it handled and nothing ever happens. I have stress over this situation almost daily and the anxiety I have every time I hear water running in my house I think it's something leaking. Along with not getting the customer service that I was promised, my system has leaked and created more damages and I've had water spots since the system was put in. No one ever came to assess any of this and the company Paul Davis that is waiting to fix the damages that have been done to my home cannot get a hold of Puragain to start. I have even set up an appointment and waited for the technician to show up and no one even came. My husband and I both work hard to have what we have and for this company to come in and damage my new home and ghost me, I JUST WANT MY HOUSE FIXED. I DID NOT ASK FOR THIS.
