Lu Ann also helped me when I wanted to replace a few things on the vehicle. She called her suppliers, found what I wanted, and had it ready for me to pick up. Even after the sale the great customer service continued. I had a problem with my van a few days after the sale, and even though the sale was "as is condition", Lu Ann's husband Dave helped me out. He even drove out to meet me to take my van back to their shop! No other dealer would ever do that!! (To add here, I had the van checked out first at Auto Exam. Luanne had communicated in writing that she would bring the car to Ashley on Saturday, 4/19/2018. Luanne did not return any of Ashley's 7 calls. On Sunday, 4/20, Luanne called to advise that she had sold the car that my daughter thought she had purchased. Luanne is an unethical businessperson.
