Wow! I walked in by chance to get a car insurance quote. Friendly, professional Brad and his receptionist welcomed me like they had known me forever. Now, to the good stuff, Brad beat my current insurer(State Farm) by 50% on a 6 month policy!! Same coverage, and deductible! When the company itself made a decision that all of us hit by Helene could not add anything to our policy for a year after our Helene claim, Marty and his staff did their best to talk to corporate on my behalf. I didn't want use Google simply because I was severely hacked the last time I when I did use Google. After using Safari, the hacking became was much less. That's beside the point. my point is that I, only did it, because this lady was so special and went over and above for me, which I am adamant about someone as special as Sandra G. being recognized. as I am all over the place she stayed very calm and caring! I could feel it. I had questions that were important to me. I could tell she was smiling right over the phone. She's outstanding, patient and went over and above for me making me giving me peace of mind! :-) seems like I am always overwhelmed with all the details in my life. Please don't get me wrong, but when I first signed up with State Farm, I spoke with Christin who is also very nice!! but being that it was all new to me, I feel like she should've explain things to me so I could understand everything or a lot more than I did. It was hard when I needed her to call me back. I know it's not her fault, but that's where Sandra G stepped in, and answered the few questions that I had. Well actually, there were four questions. Awesome, all right, this is with specifying VIN numbers so that I should have been matched up with the correct policies, then they realize they messed up and now I'm looking at $235 just for one vehicle, with a $230 down payment for my second policy. Never ever had a down payment for an insurance policy before, so thanks for the false hope I'm getting a decent rate even though you should have known what department to send me to. I wasn't a new homeowner, I had multi-car discount, but all of a sudden, a $900 bill became over $3000??? I spoke to NUMEROUS State Farm agents in the area and not a single one could explain why the premium was so drastically different. This frustration eventually led to me switching to a different insurance company. Fast forward a few years and it was time to add my teenage daughter to my auto insurance policy so I decided to shop around. My brother reminded me that Liz Berry was a State Farm agent. Both he and my mom had State Farm because of Liz and were more than pleased. I figured I had nothing to lose and reached out to Liz. I don't know what magical wizardry she worked but she was able to offer me a policy comparable to what I already had and was cheaper than my current insurance company at the time and the other quotes I received!! I was pleasantly surprised and can't help but wonder what the Charleston area State Farm agents that I'd reached out to before were doing besides nothing useful. Thanks to Liz Berry and her phenomenal team, I've got amazing customer service, a policy with the coverage I want, at a price that makes me happy.
