When the company itself made a decision that all of us hit by Helene could not add anything to our policy for a year after our Helene claim, Marty and his staff did their best to talk to corporate on my behalf. After corporate refused to budge, they referred me to someone who could help. I have used other insurance agencies in the past who were truly awful. This one is by far the best I have encountered.
