We were paired with NKI through Lowes to partially demo and remodel an Island for the middle of our kitchen. This process began in May. The original workman that showed up refused to do parts of the demo, saying that it wasn't in his instructions. He did not come prepared with proper tools and had to borrow ours. Lowes apparently did not send all of the correct pieces for the new construction so he used what he had and left us with an island with improper construction, seams showing, and no molding around the bottom. It is now 5 moths later and multiple people from this company including the owner have been to our home to "fix" this. New pieces have been ordered in the wrong size, the quarter round molding never came, and we keep getting promised this will all be resolved. This company does not give a shit about there customers. They're happy to let months go by without resolution. Their communication and coordination with with Lowes is abysmal and both companies just bounce the blame back and forth and waste our time. Do not use this company if you want a professional and efficient remodel. It has been a true nightmare. read more

NKI was hired by Lowes to Install my kitchen cabinets. The installation price was $2,000 more than other local quotes. I decided to use them anyway thinking that because they worked for Lowes it would streamline the process. Boy was I wrong. They started installing my kitchen September 2025. It is now June 2025. They STILL haven't finished. They damaged SEVERAL cabinets. No showed numerous days I took off of work to be here for them. This will now be the 4th installer (they fired the first three after months damage and no t showing up on days scheduled). Phone calls rarely get returned. I'm at a complete loss as to how to get them to finish installing my cabinets. My home is torn apart. My living room is piled high with cabinet boxes waiting to be installed. read more

He was kind, considerate, educated us along the way, advised us on what to expect, and coordinated the reordering of pieces that were damaged from the factory. We bought. cabinets from Lowe's (Cranberry, PA store). The cabinets arrived quickly and was pleased that Nationwide was able to quickly install. However, the installer was to arrive between 8-9 AM. He showed up at 1 PM. Never called, never apologized. I had to call Nationwide 3 times that morning to see what was happening. I was just told he was in his way. When he arrived he asked what he was to do. He had no plans or drawings. He said he thought it was to install a sink???? It was a small job but there were 7 cabinets in the room where he was working. He put them up but could have taken a bit more time cutting some of the filler boards. Two of the cabinet doors hit the wall because he did not put a filler. The appliances barely fit because again he did not use filler correctly. There was a wide space when he finished and had he taken his time (or arrived in time to begin with) this may not have happened. I had two pull our shelves he said he could not install because the cabinets were wrong. The other person with him said "we can make them work" but again the primary installer said "it will take too long". I was told I may not get my money back for these shelves and they. It's me over $500. I am glad many people have had success but our installer needs a better work ethic and attitude. Me I'll not use Lowe's again for any future installations because I do not want this man again. In reading other reviews other people had a poor experience with Greg as well. read more

Lowe's has a joint venture with Nationwide Kitchen Installers. Nationwide has ruined the entire kitchen remodel experience. On the morning of installation, Nationwide called Lowe's and demanded I pay an additional $395 for the materials needed to resolve a known problem. Two hours later Nationwide called Lowe's and demanded another $385. When Lowe's called me for the money, I said "no" and I went to Lowe's in Landsdale, PA where the manager Herb refunded the $395 I paid earlier. The cabinets have been in my garage since August 8th. Nationwide said they would install them on September 6th. I told Margaret at Nationwide that we had plans for Labor Day and Nationwide said the installer would come on September 9th. Milton has been here three times to install the cabinets. Nationwide only schedules him for three or four hours at a time. When he leaves he cannot tell me when he is returning. I installed all but one of the drawer pulls, most of the shelves are not installed, the toe kicks are not installed, the decorator doors on the end of the cabinets are not installed, the fan over the stove is still disconnected, and the decorative molding for the cabinets remains uninstalled. The countertops from Acropolis Granite and Quartz were scheduled to be installed on October 5th. My brother-in-law will finish the plumbing on October 17th! In the event Nationwide Kitchen Installers has not completed the job by then, I will be hiring another installer to complete this project. read more

They installed my kitchen cabinets in February. The man did a terrible job. One section was not level and the top door rubbed the other cabinet. They constantly stalled to come and fix it. It took 3 months till I could get someone back. Then the crew constantly complained about the travel time. They were contracted by Lowe's. The whole thing was a nightmare. I want the installation fee returned. Don't ever hire this company or Lowe's to do anything. read more

We had our cabinetry installed by NKI and the whole process has been smooth. Getting a quote and scheduling the install date with Nick was very easy, excellent communication there. The actual installation process was great as well, Anthony arrived on time and prepared and asked questions when he needed to. He stayed late to finish up and was very friendly and clean/organized.
