The person has to decide if they want to be there or have to be there. Although that makes sense, this is still significantly better than anywhere else. Again, sam is very hands on. He gets to know each person that is there. He advocates for each person more than I have ever seen in the past. A necklace of mine was lost at the hospital when I had to go and he spend the whole time I was there going back and forth with them trying his very best to get it back. Tim drove picked me up from my residence, helped me pack my bags, and drove me there while keeping me calm and talking about recovery the whole way to the center. Absolutely amazing man. Aside from same the techs were personable, they cared, and got to know each person there also. Each tech was the same in that respect. They would jump to try to help with anything they could. For example, I needed to make a call, Ken, within two minutes had me in an office to do so. Andy was extremely helpful and timely on anything that was needed too. All of the techs were absolutely amazing. That does not happen in other establishments. The case management were people that obviously cared and wanted you to do well. They helped in anyway they could to help with issues out side to make sure you could focus on being there. The recovery they are teaching, providing, and providing proof of through the employees is unmatched. The owners are frequently there, helping with groups, meeting the people the ect. The food was great. They medicated appropriately, and helped with my plan for leaving the absolute best that they could. Nursing staff was always very nice and knowledgeable, attempting to help in anyway they could. The doctors see you each day during the first part of the process. They want you to be comfortable and to help eliminate issues if possible. Also very personable and very nice. The rooms are very nice. Comfortable beds, TVs with anything you could possibly want to watch. Groups all day for the second portion of their treatment to help to inform and help make plans for afterwards. Very clean at all times. The custodial staff clean constantly. I watched them go back over the same place multiple times in a day to ensure everything stayed clean. Lastly, anything that you need they provide, ANYTHING. And they will wash your clothes every night for you if you would like. If anyone I know needs treatment, this will undoubtedly be the place that I recommend. Not to mention they help people that don't have the means to go there frequently, as well. The care was again unmatched and set me up for success when I left. I'm forever grateful for each of the employees and people there.

At PBRC, they made me feel like a human being and not just a filled bed. I was educated on what it is that I suffered from through their 12 step approach to alcoholism and drug addiction. I was also able to address deep traumas through work with their clinical team. Our family is deeply grateful for the high level of commitment from the workers Kelly assigned. Kelly promised that if we ever needed or wanted to change care workers for any reason, she would handle it quickly without any interruption of service. Kelly never failed. After going to three sessions, and even in the first one I felt it after one hour of the session, I don't have my regular pains!! My mother moved to Luxe Senior Living in 2023. The care she received was MUCH better back then…read more Over 3 years, the management declined significantly. The best aides and nurses slowly left and it became a revolving door. The food was and still is (as of 2026) microwaved salty slop and horrendous. I do not blame the workers. I became friendly with one Aide who expressed dismay at how the management treated them. The hallways were smelly and neglected, the rugs started to get filthy and the walls were all banged up. My mom did not require excessive care, but if she started to, I would have moved her out of there (she passed away recently). I would not trust this place to care for someone with a lot of medical needs. Our calls to the head nurse and General Manager were often ignored. So what started out as a great place for Mom, ended being a source of anxiety. Thankfully my brother lived 5 minutes away and checked on her often, or else I fear she wouldn't have gotten her medication and she would have skipped meals. If you are not living nearby to keep tabs on your loved one, dont bother moving them here.
