The facility has undergone significant construction and renovations, adding beautiful and well-designed additional buildings. The Main Entrance is so easy and there is even valet parking. I normally wouldn't leave a negative review for an occasional mistake, but this has now happened three separate times with multiple members of my family over the past two years -- all with the same provider. The issues included: * A prescription called in for the completely wrong patient, delaying treatment by several hours. * Another prescription that was never transmitted to the pharmacy despite staff confirming it had been sent. After several failed trips to the pharmacy, it was dismissed as a "glitch," forcing me to return to the clinic for a paper prescription. * Most concerning, a prescription sent to the wrong pharmacy location and apparently dispensed to another patient -- a significant lapse in accuracy and patient privacy. When speaking with the pharmacy about one of these errors, staff mentioned that problems with this provider were recurring and not limited to my family. The clinical staff were polite, but the repeated administrative and prescription failures created unnecessary stress, wasted significant time, and raised legitimate concerns about reliability and patient safety. Urgent care is supposed to make things easier, not more complicated. I hope the practice takes these systemic issues seriously and improves their prescription processes. Until then, I would be very cautious about returning.

I reminded her of who I was and that she had recently assisted me in completing and sending a Referral to one of my Physicians. I was, once again, having difficulty in having the request for a referral sent to My Care, and for the Referral Department in preparing the document. I explained the issue to Sherri and within 24 hours my issue was resolved. This woman is the utmost of professionals. She listens, knows the system, breaks any barriers that exist and when I get off the phone with her, I am sure that the problem will be solved. She is wonderful!!!!! She should be recongnized by her team and supervisor.

There were at least 2 people that I came across that were noticeably high on marijuana, the names on their badges said Brittany and Latifah. The smell was undeniable. They were not concerned about their state nor their behaviors and attitudes towards others. One would assume that a medical clinic is a drug free work environment and would randomly test. The smell was still very noticeable which means they are smoking in or near the building. I prefer my doctors and nurses and medical staff to be fully present when providing care and not under the influence of any substances. I will be sending an email to the members of the leadership team regarding this horrific experience.

The problem lie with the MA I was assigned to a Illnise Bonhomme. She had issues with my name. I had to spell out John very slowly and one letter at a time. Even spelling it one letter at a time she spelled it Gohm. I had to correct it. I was nervous about her giving me the test if she couldn't spell John right. She got the supplies and then as she was getting ready said ok 1,2,3 and hubbed the needle into my arm subcutaneously and injected. It's a PPD placement it's supposed to be an intradermal test where a wheal(bubble) is produced. She injected it under the skin like it was insulin. I told her she did the test wrong it was subcutaneous not intradermal and she argued with me. I told her I'm an NP and you did the test incorrectly. She said I did it right. Come back in 48-72 hours. I was mad. She blew me off, did not want to learn or correct it. I asked for her supervisor since it now needed to be redone correctly. The NP on call came over and introduced herself. I showed her what happened. Told her it was not an ID but a SQ injection. She could see there's no wheal. She then placed it correctly in my other arm. I tried to show the MA what it should have looked like but instead of looking to see the difference she blew me off and kept walking. I spoke with the administrator that was called and relayed the information. Everyone else at the clinic was great. I would happily see the NP there and the front desk person. I will never let Illnise Bonhomme, MA ever take care of me again. We all make mistakes but to not care you made a mistake, not try to fix the mistake and not try to learn from the mistake is what is most upsetting.

While the doctor was reassuring, attentive, and ultimately grateful that I came back in to be re-evaluated, my interaction with the medical assistant, Liz, was unfortunately disappointing. Liz appeared visibly annoyed from the start and rushed through her questions without much care or attentiveness. When I tried to explain why I had returned--out of concern for my worsening symptoms--she rolled her eyes and dismissively responded, "well, you have the flu." This felt unprofessional and invalidating, especially given that I was following prior guidance to come back if things didn't improve. Healthcare settings can be stressful for patients, and bedside manner matters just as much as clinical care. A little empathy and patience would have gone a long way in making me feel heard and supported during a time when I was already feeling unwell and obviously anxious! I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as improving communication and compassion can make a significant difference in patient experience. LOVE the rest of the staff. Never wait too long . Always helpful.
