I was a little surprised, as there weren't that many tools in the back (we needed channel locks to put on a different safety chain, and they didn't even have a second pair of them). The staff is friendly and attentive - there are only 3 people here - Wes, another gentleman whose name I forgot, and Mary Jane at the front/receptionist. I ordered a single axle, but wanted trailer brakes on it. It took about a week to get my trailer and a month and a half to get my title and metal plate. I also ordered a spare tire, but I was dismayed that nobody told me the spare would be a bias tire (when the trailer comes with radials). I ended up getting a radial spare with rim from my local tire guy for about 6 bucks cheaper than Big Tex sold me the bias spare, and Wes happily refunded my money (since I never used the spare). All in all, I would come back here again when I'm ready to upgrade to a bigger/longer trailer.

He didn't rush the job just to get it done -- he made sure it was done right. Even when the work took an extra day, he kept me informed the entire time and explained why the additional time was necessary. That level of communication and transparency is hard to find. Went to another partner shop to get a hitch and trailer tow lights installed on my jeep compass and long story short was not happy with the job or parts installed. Stopped by this Uresti to have them take a look at the work and immediately they were ready to correct this install. They explained all my options it really felt like a good consultation and made sure I was confident and happy with the route they were going to fix the issue. The communication was great they even used the paper liner on my floorboard. When I picked up my car the install was done so well and it looked professional I had the right part for my vehicle and the light connection even has it's own holder and cover it looks beautiful. They made a lifetime customer and made me very happy correcting the last job done by a different shop. I engaged Mark Pelech to work on my travel trailer. Install new backing plates, drums, repack…read morebearings and adjust brakes. Driving to New Mexico I realized that the brakes were not working as they should, one wheel bearing was running 158 degrees, ruining the oil seal. Had a reliable mechanic adjust the brakes, install new wheel bearings. The new mechanic took pictures of the right rear wheel showing that the power cables were not even attached. Therefore no braking on that wheel. Mark charged me $500.00 initially and the 2nd mechanic only charged me $200. to fix and correct Marks mistakes. All the while Mark was at my house he supervised his 25 year old son and smoking , leaving his butts on my lawn. Mark even sat in his pickup and smoked. Never, never again.
