They beat prices from Firestone and Potranco Automotive for maintenance on our car. Edgar had his tech Josh to service my vehicle and I received the absolute BEST service from both!!! I initially brought my car in for what I believed was a simple oil leak. After waiting several…read moreweeks, I was informed the issue was something completely different and that additional work was needed, including repairs involving the AC compressor and other components. I ended up paying around $5,000 for those repairs. Two weeks after picking up my car, it was still leaking oil. I returned it, expecting the issue to be covered under warranty, but was then told the new problem was not included and would cost an additional $2,000. At that point, after already spending a significant amount of money and time without resolving the original issue, I was told the vehicle needed an entirely new engine. I ultimately had no choice but to leave the car there. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. What started as a straightforward repair turned into a costly and unresolved situation, with shifting diagnoses and little accountability. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution and seek a second opinion before committing to major repairs here.

She has her car towed to Chad Miller Auto Care and calls me to say she needs a new battery and is being quoted $645. I ask her to hand her phone to an employee, and when I asked why this is so expensive the employee raised their voice at me. I asked for a manager and was informed it was Chad himself I was talking to. I would NOT suggest this mechanic. He is unprofessional and perpetuates the negative stereotype of crooked mechanics preying on young women.

Mine has an oil leak at least 4 different places haven't been able to figure out. Chad's garage gave me some hope, but they were never able to fix it. I take pretty much all "guarantees" with a grain of salt. "Bring it back"...pffft why would I? You couldn't fix it the First time? More likely, I'll just be dumping more money in sonl you can "half fix it" a 2nd time. One mechanic even told my wife to "hit the dash when her A/C wasn't kicking on...AFTER they fixed it. GTFO... Really!? Cost wasn't exactly on the cheap side...maybe fair, but ONLY if they fix the problem. My impression is they had way more cars than they could handle and were trying to rush them outa there. Fair enough, but I will not be taking either of ours back. Fair warning to those that do.

Well, luckily we just found that gem, Intune Mobil Mechanic. Wifey's car battery was DOA , and stuck inside our garage. Unfortunately, it's on the type of car that has the battery buried behind the air vent and other parts. Not the kind of replacement I want to take on and if you also have gorilla hands & a poor sense of touch, then you will understand why. Put a call for Yelp in and Julian was the first to respond. Explained the situation and he provided a fair quote for the work. We set it up for the following morning and he was there, as promised. Julian's work was on time , did great work, friendly , easy to communicate with thru text and above all, honest. Glad I got to be his first review on Yelp. Hopefully, others will try him out, and also have the same experience. Thanks again , you are in my contact list for future work and I'll be sure to contact you the next time I even consider having my oversize mittens tackle a sensitive mechanical task.

At 4pm states he is stuck in traffic but on the way. About 4:30 says he is here. He is not. Call him states is at a different address across town and it wasn't worth it to come do our service. I can't speak to the quality of his work since no work was performed. But his communication skills are lacking.

They came back and told me the same thing we had already discussed -- a very common issue -- but then claimed they "heard doors binding" and recommended a full HVAC teardown. The estimate? Over $3,400. I told them I only wanted the actuator replaced, since it's a simple fix. They agreed that would save money, but their "reduced" estimate was still over $1,100. I said I'd think about it, drove straight over, picked up my truck, and dropped it off somewhere else. The next morning, everything was fixed for $246.81. I don't mind paying to repair my vehicles, but trying to upsell thousands of dollars in unnecessary work is crooked. I would steer clear of this place.
