Called, left message on voicemail and received a call back from (I believe Lisa) with no apology for inconvenience or explanation as to what had occurred. She asked what my availability was for the week to which I stated other than the day I had scheduled, The next Saturday was good for me. She informed me that they work Monday thru Friday to which i again informed her that the trees were in front yard and could be accessed and evaluated without my presence. I was told that someone would be put that week to look and give me call with an estimate. A week has passed and not a word. I am astounded that a business can survive while ignoring potential customers. I strongly believe in supporting small town businesses but also think that they have an obligation to reciprocate. Will not do business with this company ever. Additional Note: I called another local company who was able travel, view the trees and provide a quote in no more than an hour and a half.
