Ive already gone over my lunch by 40 mins waiting for him. I called Lewis, he answered, and as I'm explaining to him that I despise this level of unprofessionalism he hangs up on me. I call the main line, and Scott Madley the owner answered. Scott apologized on behalf of lewis and assured me this is not how he operates, that he needs the business, and would come by my house Tuesday morning personally. Scott didn't come, he sent Lewis. Lewis was great in person. Apologized and we moved on. I signed the quote that day, 5/3. today is 5/6, no one has called me to schedule the job. I called and Scott wasn't available to me. The team arrived a few minutes ahead of the scheduled time and Tom shared the plan with me so that we were clear on expectations. They worked efficiently and were finished within a few hours. They cleaned up all debris prior to leaving. My trees and yard looked great. Everyone on the team was professional and courteous.
