When I contacted the store to correct it and asked for the past year's missed offer, the owner (Tom Michael) refused, even though the mistake was caused by their own staff. Instead of honoring the gift card I should have received, I was only offered a donation made "in my name" to a charity. While that may sound generous, it doesn't solve the original problem, and it left me feeling like the store wasn't willing to take responsibility for their own oversight. It was a very small request and could have been resolved easily with good customer service, but it wasn't. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend shopping here or trying to resolve any issues directly with the owner. There are plenty of other stores that value their customers and stand behind their promotions.

At the same time, another employee positioned an iPhone near where we were standing, which made us feel uncomfortable and singled out. We are both African American, and the behavior of the employees felt prejudiced and unnecessary.
