Around 11:00, I was told they could only do a 60-minute massage if I came immediately, so I adjusted my schedule and arrived early. When I got there, the therapist used Google Translate to tell me she had another client at 12:30 and implied that if I had come earlier (which was never clearly communicated), she could have done the full 90 minutes. At that point, after the confusing communication and change of plans, I decided to leave. The space itself also felt a bit off to me--it had a strong chemical cleaning smell and didn't feel particularly welcoming or relaxing. Overall, the lack of clear communication and inconsistency made this a disappointing experience. I wasn't able to receive the service I had originally booked, and the entire interaction felt disorganized.

This place is great at what they do, but way too pushy in the middle of a pandemic where people are struggling financially.
