So, as you can see, I felt a dire need for someone to help me. Dr. K was one of the kindest, professionals I have ever met. He really listened and together we agreed on a surgical plan. His office coordinated with me to get all the necessary prior tests completed. His staff is really on top of their game everyday. Every question was answered in a timely fashion. So I felt confident in the process and choice I made. The surgery day came and it did take longer than expected. But the care was never changed, he worked hard on my back to complete a fusion of the 4-5 area. The recovery as he had stated takes some time and a will to get better. It has now been six months and yes I am glad to have had the procedure. I still have a ways to go to reach a one year mark. I am confident I will continue to improve. If you are nervous, worried or in pain, seek a consultation to get a definitive answer to what is happening. I initially went to her for my child's lack of focus and behavior and what I received at the end was a serious gut infection that lasted over six months. Her protocol consisted of over 30 "natural supplements" per day, the majority, several times per day, for months, which by the way also costs a fortune. But don't ever complain about how much all these things costs because she will throw that in your face at a later time. It shifted my child's gut so significantly, that every board certified physician I consulted with, including pediatric gastroenterologists and functional nutritionists stated she should be held accountable for implementing such aggressive methods on such a little body. But wait, you are obligated to sign a 50 page contract that no one has the time to fully read and you are so desperate to help your child that you sign away your rights if she messes up. Lesson learned!!!! My poor child lost 10 pounds in a matter of two months, couldn't eat, sleep or attend any social events because of how ill he became. I trusted her and followed through with her protocol for months on end because "oh she had 4+ stars she must be good, right??" Not only was there ZERO improvement, but levels of colon inflammation that you would not believe. I put my child through hell and back with numerous appointments for months on end and I spent thousands trying to fix what she did. If you believe in holistic approaches, this is not what you are getting here. Rather, you are getting everything but the kitchen sink thrown at you in a "one size fits all approach" trying to see what will stick. If you want someone who will belittle you and speak to you in the most demeaning tone and make you feel like you have failed as a parent if you dare question the amount of supplements being given, then by all means. When I told her my child was getting more sick by the hour, she turned it all around like she's the one suffering and stated that my child's situation is causing her great stress and that I should email her instead, that she would get back to me another time because she's "going off the grid." Her EXACT words! When she finally got back to me, she continued to speak to me like I am the reason this is happening. I have never been so upset in all of my life. I cried and cried for months for what happened to my child because I entrusted my child in her care. Finally, after 8 long months and numerous specialists, my child is back to normal. They offer telehealth visits in between refill appointments and are very helpful with sending PreAuths to get your procedure covered. I highly recommend OPC. I have MS, Post Laminectomy Syndrome, Sclerosis, Plantar Faciitis, and Allodynia. They help me manage every one of these conditions. I am seen as a person here, not just a number. We received a brochure in the mail for Sterling Hearing Center and made an appointment to get new ones made for her. On our first visit, they took a mold of her ears. While doing so, the tech over filled my grandmother's ear and dripped the substance all over her jacket and shirt; both having to be thrown out due to the white/beige stain that resembles caulk and wouldn't come out. That should've been the first sign that this place was a joke. The following appointment was meant for her to try on her new hearing aids. We show up only to be told the first set of molds for her ears were misplaced and had to be taken again. This would have made me decide to go elsewhere, but due to several of us taking care of my grandmother, she unfortunately went through way too many appointments with myself, my sister, mother, and aunt. For the next appointment, she tried on the hearing aids that were made from her second mold set, but they didn't fit! They had to do everything over again, FOR THE THIRD TIME after FOUR APPOINTMENTS. The staff works out of this location on Wednesdays only; we had to wait a week to get something done. After her hearing aids were said to finally be done, we went to check them out. While they were being tuned up, we heard a whistling noise coming from one of the hearing aids and the other didn't quite fit. The device that didn't fit was shaved down and the other was left alone because the tech said "that is the heating vent you're hearing, not the hearing aid whistling." We took the set home, my grandmother seemingly satisfied. After an hour, the hearing aid started whistling and wouldn't stop. When we asked my grandmother if she could hear, she said she could hear from one that whistles and the other doesn't work at all. When they shaved down her hearing aid, they broke it. I asked my grandmother why she didn't say anything, she said she was sick of going back and forth in the snow and decided to deal with it. I had enough. I made another appointment and made it very clear that I needed brand new ones made. I was promised that new ones would be made and programmed in one last appointment. We went in for the "final" appointment and get taken back into one room by a gentlemen stating he is "assisting" with the new hearing aids and asked to see the old ones. I gave him the old ones as requested. We were then called back into the room where they program the hearing aids. They tried to re-program the exact same garbage pair that was made incorrectly to begin with and new ones were never ordered! They lied and then tried to scam us. TRUST ME when I say this, if you care about your loved ones, you will NOT bring them here. This staff is completely under-qualified, unprofessional, dishonest, and they are taking advantage of the elderly. I would never recommend these crooks to anyone. They charged us $3,000 for a pair of hearing aids that didn't work and tried everything they could to avoid ordering her a brand new pair that they didn't screw up. We took the hearing aids off and left them on the desk and left. They refused to give us a refund; we had to submit a charge-back claim with our credit card company to get our money back. We went through hell for just over two months and got nowhere. We finally took my grandmother to Costco and got her a brand new pair for half the price, fitted, and programmed within two weeks. This place is a scam. BEWARE!

I made an appointment to be seen for lower back pain. My first visit into the office I brought my…read morerecent scans in. I told the MA that i had lower back pain as well as pain shooting down my leg. When the PA came in he says "so i hear we are here for leg pain" i told him the extensive list of things i have tried in order to relieve some of the pain and then i had asked him if i needed to do anything different to prevent injuring myself further, in which he proceeds to say "nothing you do will make it worse" He then recommended an MRI. I made a follow up after my MRI was done. The interpretation was sent to my email so i had a chance to look it over and prepare questions. The Doctor came in and told me that there is nothing wrong with my back, no pinched nerves, so that the pain I'm feeling is not back related. I told him about the interpretation in which he proceeds to tell me "the interpretation results depend on the radiologist" and that he reviewed the images himself and saw nothing wrong. He told me he can refer me to the pain clinic potentially for injections but that he doesn't think I'm "at that point yet". He was more interested in why i am taking Seroquel then he was at the actual issue at hand. I followed up with a second orthopedic surgeon for a second opinion who went through the MRI with me and showed me that i do in fact have a pinched nerve as well as 2 protruding discs. The experience i had at this office was awful.
