Half way through the first day, we take a break, looking in the mirror it is everything I asked him NOT to do. It's colored in black, blown out, the shading is patchy and rough. And he lost half the stencil during the first part. Today, it has been 3 days since we got the tattoo and although the tattoo itself is small, has fine lines, and is on the wrist, it appears as if it has a smear/smudge on one of the corners on both tattoos. This isn't my first tattoo, and my husband and I have been following the after care and have been careful. It's on the healing stage, but you can tell that the corner line differs and there is a smudged area on both tattoos. For both these it was $240 total and done by Chris. From the start, the staff member we spoke with was very dismissive and unwelcoming. We were told the wait could be an hour or more and that the process itself could take another hour. What was most concerning is that we were told if my baby became fussy or cried, they would not proceed and would make us come back another day. With a baby, that's always a possibility, and it was said in a way that made it very clear they did not want to deal with infants at all. After waiting about 30 minutes with no movement and seeing how packed the shop was, we decided to leave because it didn't feel like a supportive or appropriate environment for a baby. We ended up going to Claire's, where the staff was kind, patient, and very professional, and my daughter's ears were pierced quickly and smoothly. If you have a baby or young infant, I would not recommend this place. This may be fine for adults, but it is not a baby friendly environment.
