I worked here a long time ago but for a good couple of years. I really liked this job bc it was interesting. I was in school at the time and Dr. Rosenberg always encouraged me and rooted for me. So did Dr. Pion. I really enjoyed working with both of them. They always worked with me to accommodate my changing school schedules. It was a busy office with many long time patients. It was super fast paced and the shifts went by fast. The office had a system in place and it was pretty efficient and things ran smoothly. I do look back on my experience working there with fond memories. I even made a friend there that will probably be in my life forever. read more

I seriously don't understand the one star reviews that some people are giving. The people at the front desk are very nice and obviously working hard. The doctors are excellent, have a very professional and to-the-point demeanor and give no-nonsense advice. If you're looking for jovial people who joke around, you'll not get that here. I hated working here. I worked here over a year and I never felt more micromanaged in my entire life. They treat the staff like garbage and doctors do not have the staffs interest at heart, if patients threaten or scream at staff the doctors let it happen. The doctors would yell at the staff in front of the patients and other workers (for simple human mistakes). You get weekly emails reminding everyone how horrible we are as workers. We would have to come in early to have meetings about how the office isn't running smoothly and the manager would be very petty. Would bring her home problems to work, when she would yell at us for doing the same thing. You get treated like children and can't check your phones or you get written up. They would not allow you to leave for lunch and control everything you said or did. There was cameras and audio that the manager would just watch every little thing we did. Everyday you would get reminded that you are not needed and can get fired for anything you did. The care was not the best there was only 2 doctors there that actually cared about the patients. The rest work cold and condescending even to the patients. One doctor would force you to tell each patient to take everything off for full body exams and to have there phones on silent. If the patent didn't.. you would get blamed. They controlled the staff and patients. You get fired for anything.. they keep reminding you that you are disposable, that place is a revolving door. They hire you right away because they are desperate. The only good part of this office was meeting my coworkers who became life long friends. read more

When I called the office at 9AM and explained my concern about a sore that was not healing I was given an appointment for 10:30AM with Dr Rosenberg. I was very grateful since I had seen Dr Rosenberg before. She had been professional and kind and correctly diagnosed my rash which had been misdiagnosed by another physician. Again Dr Rosenberg listened, evaluated and expertly dealt with a red, swollen finger that needed immediate attention. I don't like leaving reviews unless the behavior speaks to my core. This practice has 7 dermatologists. And while care may be great. It's the back office that is concerning. Namely the office manager Stephanie. Why hire to train when you don't actually provide training? Give feedback. Why have people leave their job when you're not going to provide it. The office is horrible. If you call they put you on hold for 40 mins. If you want to speak to a doctor they transfer and keep you on hold for 45 minutes. The billing sept specifically is horrible. The woman Stephanie yelled at me and screamed and told me I was vulgar!! I had Medicare and insurance and she did not process my insurance correctly. She wouldn't allow me to speak to her supervisor. They kept billing me for a biopsy that they do in the office $325 and the visit. I tried to get her to correct the bill. She didnt. I had been a patient there for a long time. I asked for my records. I can go elsewhere and not have to deal with the rudeness and inefficient office. NOT PATIENT FRIENDLY OFFICE. DR PION IS NICE. BUT HE NEEDS TO CLEAN OUT HIS OFFICE. Would chose 0 stars if possible. Went to them for an emergency service during the first Covid wave and they never billed my insurance the day of my appointment and wound up billing them a week after it was terminated. They packed a bill on me of course because why would a terminated insurance pay for a service? They sent me a letter threatening to send it to collections when I never received a bill before that letter. I was also unemployed at the time (May2020) and they couldn't even work out a payment plan. They are money hungry people that don't deserve to have a business. I would never recommend. read more

I see Dr.Libkind at this office and although I love her and her methods this office is a mess. There's no nice way to put it. All of the receptionists are rude except for Brenda and a few others. You are on hold for over 15 minutes at a time and I've had many problems with my prescriptions being sent to the wrong pharmacy. I had to call the office many times in one day I felt like I was playing the game telephone between calling the wrong pharmacy, the dermatologist, and the correct pharmacy then I had to call back this office to pass the information along just to be put on hold for longer each time I call back. Scheduling is also a huge issue if you need an appointment you are most likely going to be waiting a month. Longest time I was on hold was 30 minutes at that point I hung up. This office should be resolving prescription errors without relying on the patient to catch the error and start calling 4 different places. read more

Do NOT use this practice! I have given them numerous chances bc they are local and accept my insurance but the nurses give such attitude it has deterred me from calling for a medicine refill or to get the status of an insurance approval for example, which should never be the case. They take months to follow up with things necessary for my treatment despite my calling to follow up on any progress made and to get it moving along. The office manager STEFANIE has a serious nasty attitude herself so it's not surprising the staff working under her do too and get away with it. Aside form that the Dr.s have misdiagnosed more than once and are quick to blame everyone for their mistakes. I will not be going back at this point ever again. Enough is enough! read more

I did electrolysis with Lisa Gorman in the summer of 2011 for my chin. It's a year later and I still felt I should write a review. When I went for a consultation, she said she couldn't give me a definite price since it depends on how much hair comes in, how fast, thickness. Understandable. BUT it cost me $20 every time I went. I thought about $200, 10 visits would get the job done for a very small chin area. However, after spending $260, I decided to stop going. Yes, some of the hair is gone but there's still half that's there. I would try somewhere else or at least establish a price before you start. read more

MY first yelp review but my experience left me a strong desire to write one. Dr. Skopicki removed a tiny, benign , little raised colorless mole strictly for aesthetic reasons and left me with a butchered worse job than what was there originally. She never once told me , it's possible the "after" may look all lumpy , purple/blue and keloid and worse than what you have now!!!Had she given me any warning I never would've spent my time, money, endured pain to be left with a worse looking scar. I called to let her know this was why I was upset and I don't want to keep spending a $60 co pay to inject steroids like the office did last time to get worse results. This gas cost hundreds already. I asked if can I send picture so she can see for herself - to which she informed me there was no where on the portal to send pictures( obviously another way to get the patient to come in and bill plus the copay) considering it's pretty easy to email a pic or send to a sms if she really cared at all about the way she handled this case while telling me I have no authority to wave a copay. Well, my bad for not going to a plastic surgeon to remove this but it was so insignificant I really didn't think about that until the botched job I was left with now. read more

The staff here are very rude and condescending when they speak to you. I went to see Dr. Debra Skopicki for some skin issues. The exam was pretty brief and she basically waived off most of my concerns without really addressing what was wrong. I'm pretty sure she didn't even see what was wrong, because she told me, "It looks normal to me today." But how can you know what is normal if you've never seen it before ? She prescribed me a cream and also advised I use a specific shower gel. I noticed after leaving the office I didn't have the paper she had written the specific name of the shower gel on. I called the office and asked to speak with the doctor just so I could get the name of the product. The assistant, Stephanie, told me she was with patients and she would give the doctor the message. I called back again later when I had not received a call back and said I was following up because I would like to buy it today. Stephanie again told me the doctor was still seeing patients and she hadn't checked her messages yet, but she would make sure she got the message. I do get a call back later - but it's not from the doctor, it's from Stephanie. She says the doctor told her this is the name of the product. Problem is, this is NOT what was written on that paper. I tell Stephanie this isn't what the doctor had written on the paper for me. She insists this is what the doctor even wrote down for her. I ask her to repeat it because she was speaking very quickly and I was writing it down - and at this point she starts raising her voice to repeat it. I am neither slow nor deaf. I told her she didn't need to raise her voice and that I wanted to speak to the doctor, which is what I asked for originally. She tells me the doctor is still with patients and this is the wash that was recommended (all of this with attitude and annoyance in her voice). At this point I've had enough of being spoken down to, and tell her she obviously doesn't speak English because I want to speak to the doctor, not her. She rudely hangs up on me. I call back again and get Stephanie on the phone, but now she puts me on hold and a minute or two later the doctor gets on. The doctor then starts to tell me that she OVERHEARD the conversation between Stephanie and I and that I was speaking rudely. I thought you were with patients ! How could you be with patients and overhear the conversation ? Which one is the lie ? That you weren't with patients and were somehow on another line listening to our conversation, or that you were with patients and didn't hear ANYTHING yourself, just took her word for it ? I don't appreciate being lied to and disrespected. All the while trying to speak with Dr. Skopicki, she continues to talk over me. All of a sudden, she tells me she thinks I would be better off seeing a male doctor in their office instead. When I ask why, she says, "Because to you, I'm not a good listener." What kind of response is that from a doctor and what does that have to do with treating me ??? I told her, "No, you just keep interrupting me." I am extremely disappointed in this practice and how they treat their patients. Patients are supposed to be your number one priority. Even if someone is upset or irritated on the phone, this is their health. Of course they take it seriously. Is that how you handle every upset patient ? The customer is always right. Without your patients you won't even have a business. I would not recommend this place or doctor to anyone who does not enjoy being spoken down to and made to feel bad about defending themself from being treated like an annoyance. read more

They're great! Go to them for all kinds of rashes, warts etc. They're not laser anti-aging people although they do Botox my forehead for migraines and I get my Prevage MD from them. They know their stuff and they care. I don't mind which doctor I see. They're all good read more

Dr.Pion is professional ,does his job right ,courteous & honest .Unlike many dermatologist who embellish the situation to collect on insurance .The office is clean & comfortable with TV access & magazines .The wait is usually not too long as well as Dr.Pion is always willing to give an abundance of samples as well .Would not go to any other dermatologist . read more

The worst of the worst, nightmare. My 11 year old daughter saw Dr. Rosenberg (for the first and last time) about a .5" bald spot on her head. This has happened in the past and the hair grew back on it's own. The doctor without any regard for a child's feelings, in the most tactless matter-of-fact and insensitive way possible went on to explain the condition (a possible, not confirmed condition) to my wife in front of my daughter! - that all of her hair would fall out, that there was a 20% chance that it would not grow back, that she would need 20 painful injections into her scalp, that stress was not a factor, that stress can't do anything. Needless to say my daughter was/is confused/devastated. This doctor showed no class, no tact or professionalism, no concern for a child's fears or feelings. We will never go here again. Truly repulsive. 0 stars, should not be working with children. read more

Worst experience ever! I was told as a new patient I would pay $125, for less then a 5 min visit I was charged $285. They told me the policy had changed and when I asked why I was told on the phone $125 they said that If I had spoken to her she would have told me otherwise. Also I went to ask for a copy of the policy and they did not have one! Basically they are liars and are just hoarding money for themselves. Bad practice and evil people. STAY AWAY!! read more

I went there in excruciating pain but they would not treat me and kept me suffering for over an hour until my insurance company got the referral for them. They charged my wife for a lab-test co-payment that should have been covered by insurance and refused to treat her until she paid it. They are only about the money and treat their patients like vultures treat their prey. Unless you like to be treated like a piece of meat -- stay away from these extortionists! read more
