The communication is always extremely poor and sometimes combative, especially from Natasha, (if needing to reschedule, running a few mins late, needing questions answered before spending thousands of dollars, etc.). I've not once gotten an apology for any inconveniences or discrepancies and they make it really difficult to reach the doctor unless you're paying over $100 to see her in person (and good luck with getting that appointment any time soon). As a person who has been a patient since January, I feel like I deserve a little more respect with regards to my time and sensitivity with regards to my needs. She was trying to spread out the visits and neglected to remove and biopsy precancerous cysts/moles. I don't know if this is office policy and the doctor operates the same way but beware and do not trust the physician assistant . especially something as serious as dealing with possibly getting cancer.
