I recommend Complete Women's Imaging since the results of your testing are delivered, in person by the physician, right after the scans. Dr Autz is absolutely the best. But....... The wait times and cattle pens are unacceptable. Getting these tests should not be a 3 hour affair. My Dr neglected to send sono prescription and the woman with the big glasses said she had no time to call for the referral, but had time to gossip w her chair-mates. Unfortunately, this office is no longer a reasonable option. I waited 2 hours and 18 minutes and still was not called for my sono. I asked a woman who was bringing patients back how much longer it would be and explained that I needed to be home when my child got out of school. She told me I could leave and get the results over the phone. When I explained I wasn't even done with my tests, she said she would check but had to continue walking other patients back first. At that point I got dressed and went to reception. Last year I waited 4 hours. I was told that it was a problem with the sono techs. I assumed after a year that would be fixed. However now it's clear, this is a mill. Get as many woman in as possible. The kicker is there is a sign at the desk charging people for being late. My time is valuable too. read more

I switched to CWI because the last place that I went to left me completely traumatized for 2 years. I was literally left to Google my own diagnostic report and try to make my own diagnosis via Dr Google, since no radiologist from that awful facility would speak to me. This went on for months. Even my gyn could not interpret the report. After all, when you go for any other procedure, ie a colonoscopy, the Dr meets you right after to discuss the findings. Why shouldn't a mammogram be the same? Well, it's not and things need to change. So I had to pleasure to finally come here and see a Dr immediately after and be totally reassured. Dr Autz was kind and to the point. No report with jargon for me to analyze and try to interpret on my own. The techs were also awesome and seemed to be extremely thorough. I walked out satisfied and relieved not to have to wait two weeks for a report that I would have to figure out on my own. Go here for your own well-being and sanity. Every single woman should be able to see a Dr (radiologist) after such an important exam like a mammogram and sonogram. If I could give zero stars I would have. Scheduled for a 1:45 appt. Called at 12:47 to confirm appt and time. After waiting about 45 minutes I asked one of the employees how much longer it would be. She told me about an hour or two. I asked if this was an hour or two in addition to the 45 minutes I had already waited and she said yes. There were many techs out yet they didn't call any patients to let them know that they were running very behind. After waiting months for this appt. I left and will never return. Rude and selfish staff with no concern for anyone's precious time. read more

I never write reviews but after such a wonderful experience I felt I had to share. This was my first breast imaging appt so my nerves were high. From the moment I walked in until I walked out I felt in such great hands. I was met by friendly reception, both the mammo and sono technicians were friendly, personable and so caring that I could not help but feel at ease. But what really pushed me to write this review was the friendliness and time Dr. Autz spent with me explaining my results (all normal thankfully) and more about why each imaging mechanism is ordered and so on. I left with so much understanding and relief and felt so respected as a patient. He never seemed rushed and allowed me to ask any questions. Some complain about the wait, but you are advised if this on the phone when you schedule and to me, this is a non-issue. I brought my Kindle and a water and was happy to have everything done in one appt. Cannot recommend this place enough. read more

Waited in the waiting room for over an hour! My appointment was at 10 am. Had the ultrasound at 11:15 am. Ridiculous! Not once did someone apologized for the wait. Plus dr. Autz doesn't have any bedside manners. read more

My first appointment went very smooth and quick. I previously went to other places and had to wait for 2-3 hours. Not here. I was in and out in about 45 min. This place is sooooo slow. And the waiting room feels like you're being herded like cattle. You go in and change into a pink robe wearing nothing on top (u can wear your pants though) and wait forever in this room with a bunch of other ladies wearing a pink robe. The wait is ridiculously long... i asked this lady who works there how long it will be to be seen and how this waiting thing works cuz I've been waiting for about an hour and ppl who were barely there ten minutes are being called in before me. She asked me my name, said people are there for different test so there's different lines and that she'd be right back to tell me more. She came back and told me the same thing again and wasn't helpful at all and quite frankly, had a rude tone. She didnt tell me didly-squat about where i was in line or about how much longer the wait will be. Everyone is already nervous to begin with. They can at least inform us about how long the wait will be!! They make you wait with a robe on with no bra, (u can wear your pants) even after you get test done. Which i dont get cuz the doc is a radiologist... not a breast surgeon/obgyn. I feel indisposed sitting here with no bra on at least give me a robe that fits and my side boob isn't showing...(supposedly they make u keep it in cuz they may do more tests after the doctor reviews the first set) Dr autz is super nice and makes you feel comfortable. He reminds me of mr rogers. The front desk staff and sono tech were nice. Not a big fan of this place today. This wasn't the case the first time i came here. read more

Everyone made the process from start to finish so easy and pleasant and my nerves were instantly calmed. The whole experience was positive.
