No ramp, no elevator and 10-12 steps. The appointment was made weeks before and they called me once to reschedule around the doctor's schedule but never mentioned the lack of ADA compliance until all aide schedules and my schedule were all changed for the week to accommodate this appointment. So now the patient will have to wait an additional three weeks to go to an appointment in an accessible building. Seriously, this should not have happened. Very disappointed.

During the surgery he would tell me what was going to happen and constantly made sure that everything was explained to me beforehand. The procedure was completely painless! The experience with Dr. Nattis' could not have been better, from the moment I stepped into the office till the final exam when everything was complete. They even gave me samples and discount codes when I said that. Y insurance wasn't gong to cover the eye drops. When I first got there and had to wait I thought oh no, but now I know why people go to this office and wait hours to be seen. There care and compassion far exceeds what anyone would expect.

Jynae, a technician initially tested my eyes, and Faye Knoll, M.D. evaluated them. The doctor was unable to diagnose me, explaining her limitations as a regular ophthalmologist. She told me that I need to see an eye plastic surgeon, also known as an oculoplastic surgeon, to get my tear ducts evaluated, but there are none at this location, so the front desk receptionist kindly secured an appointment with a specialist at another location. The only negative thing about my customer experience here is that I waited almost an hour to be seen by the doctor due to appointment overbooking. I was one of 20 people, packed like sardines in a small waiting room. Every chair had been taken.
