These guys are the best of the best. Forget having to stress about your property looking like crap, they guys take care of EVERYTHING. They will pull your weeds, spray pre emergent so the weeds don't grow back, they mow the lawn so it looks fresh, they blow out the gutter at your house so it helps your house looks that much better, they trim your bushes and so much more! They also offer window services and my windows never looked better. I thought they were ok after I pressure washed them myself but they made the windows look brand new. Another service they offer is Christmas lights, and my house has never looked so festive. They don't just throw up random lights, they make a whole light system just for your house and let you choose the light pattern like red, green, and white lights in that order. If they make a mistake, they will fix it the same day. They are really easy to work with and they are all really kind. I would will never use another company for my house. From getting a quote, to having the service performed, to billing and customer service you won't find a more professional company. Another bonus is that they are 100% legal. They hire legal workers who pay all required taxes. They carry liability insurance, workers comp insurance as well as pay all payroll taxes, unemployment taxes etc. Sadly, this is unheard of in this industry. Everything Exterior maintains all of our rental properties. Renters are generally hard on yards and not only do the yards look great for rentals, but even when compared to owner occupant homes. The turf is thick and healthy as they control the watering and fertilizing programs.
