I didn't want a drastic change; however, I had finally had it with my long, humped nose and undefined jawline....no matter how thin I was. From my first meeting with Dr. Papel, I felt at ease. His bedside manner is unparalleled, as he spent over an hour speaking with me and explaining which procedures he believed would address my concerns. He took photographs of me and was able to generate images of the expected results (not exact, of course), which he showed me at a second meeting. After much research and discussions with friends, who are in the medical field and familiar with the Baltimore area plastic surgeons, I decided to go with Dr. Papel. On the day of the surgery, the doctor took time, again, to review the procedures he was performing. I then met with the anesthesiologist and was taken into the surgical area. The entire surgical staff was kind and made feel completely comfortable. My recovery went as explained/expected and now I have a beautiful nose that suits my face and an amazing jawline! It has been a little over three months since my surgery and I had another follow-up today with Dr. Papel. The healing is going as expected and I couldn't be happier. I should also mention that the office staff is always friendly and a delight to interact with. I highly recommend Dr. Papel and will be returning to him for any future procedures. The PA I met with was very kind and helpful, and overall my experience in the office was great. That all changed when I got the bill. I had visited for a skin cancer screening, that's what I said when I made the appointment, that's what I did in the office, but when I was billed by them for the lab work, they didn't bill it as preventative care. As a result, my insurance didn't cover the tests (even though it was in-network) and I am having to pay out of pocket. If you are planning to pay out of pocket, I do think they are worth visiting, but if you plan to use insurance, think twice! Update responding to comment: I have already spoken to the billing department. They were the first people I called when I ran into issues. In fact, I was going to write a 5 start review initially, but after speaking to billing and being told, quite rudely, that you "don't offer preventative care" I came here to share my experience with others.

This has got to be the worst Walgreens I've ever been to in my life. The pharmacy is the pits…read more Plus, you can never get through on the phone. Even doctors can't get through on the phone. They leave a prescription order, and you have to pick it up because the doctor called it in, and you need the prescription. They claim it's not there, but it's actually because they never check their phone line. It's wild that a doctor can call in a prescription for you and still can't get through to the pharmacist. The store is understaffed, and the staff doesn't seem to care, even when they're understaffed, about helping you and getting things resolved unless you go in there and raise holy hell. The store shelves are half empty. If you are planning to pick up non-prescription medication, consider ordering from Amazon instead of trying to find it on their shelves, as you'll have a better chance of success. The only reason I go to this location is to pick up prescriptions for a family member. I don't use it myself because of the horrible experience I've had here, picking up prescriptions, and having to wait, or having to call and not get staff on the phone, and being on hold for over an hour. I do not recommend this location, and frankly, from the reviews for other Walgreens locations in the area, I don't recommend them either.
