The facial massage was wonderful, Sandy has an amazing touch. I've also had hair services with Charles and Jenah for color. I enjoyed the manicure and pedicure as well. I have eyebrow treading with Neha or Sonu. Recently I started doing eyebrow tinting which makes my eyebrows look so much thicker!!!! I've gone to Neha Threading in the past and had the best treatment for my Brazilian wax's and eye brow threading. It's very peaceful and Neha and the employees are nice. How ever, I had my first facial yesterday and I wasn't pleased. The product was good, but the technician rubbed it in my mouth, eyes, and nose even though I showed signs of being uncomfortable with that. I also had a massage. The massage therapist didn't massage me at all. She basically rubbed oil all over me and she was SUPER gentle! The hot stone which was an add on, was very hot in the beginning and she didn't test it first. I was not pleased with my services yesterday especially due to how expensive it was. I did a self care day on this particular day because it was the anniversary of my father's death. I didn't want to complain, so I just paid my bill and left. I absolutely ADORE Olga! I see her every month for a custom massage and I tell her what is wrong and she knows exactly what I need. I had the most amazing experience today at this spa. From the time I walked in the door I felt like royalty. Olga, gave my body life with those hands of hers. My body literally felt as if it was floating. The milk bath has my skin feeling like silk. The staff is unbelievably friendly and pleasant, they made me feel as if I owned the place... Lol. I enjoyed it so much I brought a 3-month membership. Thank you guys so very much. Update: That 3 month membership was hell. I decided to cancel it after 30 days which I was told was not a problem. The following month I received another charge to my card. I called and was told I had to come there and sign something stating I wanted out of the membership. Let's keep in mind this is NOT a franchise or multi level corporation. Nonetheless, I went and signed. The following month I get hit with another charge. At this point I'm pissed. After I finally get the owner on the phone she promised a refund for the additional 2 months....I never received it‍ The back and forth was so exhausting and tedious I didn't even care about the refund anymore. I received a gift certificate for a European facial. Before arriving, I was concerned because it seemed so small, but once inside it was a pretty good size. Just to ensure a smooth visit, I arrived about 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment. The esthetician was not in yet, so I waited patiently in the upstairs waiting area until she arrived. The front desk reception service was pretty good. When Sandy arrived, I was escorted downstairs into a dimly lit waiting area while I waited for her to prepare the room. In comparison to the upstairs area, it was very calming and established the tone for the facial. The facial room was also dimly lit and smelled of aromatherapy. The best part was that the overall vibe and music provided a zen atmosphere. I must say that it was one of the most relaxing facials that I have ever experienced. I have been going to Neha Threading for the past three years for eyebrow threading. I have had my eyebrows done by both Neha and Deepa, and I honestly feel that Deepa does a better job and pays more attention to her work. Neha threaded my eyebrows while also having a conversation on her phone, which made me nervous about how my eyebrows would turn out in the end. They turned out to be okay, but I do still prefer to go to Deepa if possible... Overall, I am happy with the eyebrow threading here. My eyebrows end up symmetric and nicely arched every time, and it takes less than 10 minutes. They are sure to wipe your finished eyebrows with alcohol (to disinfect the skin) and aloe gel. The redness goes down in an hour or so, and otherwise there isn't any skin irritation that lasts. They are very accommodating and will always be able to do your eyebrows on a walk-in basis. I spend about $15 including tip for the eyebrow threading. I feel really confident that my eyebrows will turn out well when I come here, and I trusted Deepa with my eyebrows for both my engagement photo shoot and my wedding. YEARS ago, I had a really bad wax job and the person took out a chunk of my eyebrow. I've tried regrowth serums, castor oil, etc. to try and grow it back in. Nothing has worked. I grew to accept that my eyebrows were going to be shaped with a chunk missing. I came here and they managed to shape my eyebrows without making them thin and you can't even tell a chunk is missing!! I recently reviewed the Canton location and wanted to leave a review for the Pikesville location as well (I have been to both multiple times). I much prefer the Pikesville location to the Canton salon. Neha and her entire staff are beyond professional and treat each client with such care and respect. I feel that the entire staff truly loves what they do and take great care in spending time on each client. The spa and salon are beautiful and clean and I always feel comfortable whether in the waiting room or during a service. Although the Canton location is much closer to my job and overall more convenient for me to go to, I will continue to return to the Pikesville location as I have never left dissatisfied with my service. I wanted to add a note about my experience in the spa. Neha's spa specials drew me and my boyfriend in for a facial and a massage. I am now a monthly spa membership holder ($69 per month for $90+ services. A FANTASTIC deal). Sandy is my esthetician and she never makes me feel like I'm receiving a discounted service. She's working with me monthly to improve my skin and their all natural elemental zen massage has organic products I can stand behind. I truly loved my experience but I had one problem so I rather get the not so good out the way! My issues was with the henna. After my Wonderful service I decided to get some Henna, I seen a sign that said $15 and up and there was a lady who was getting some very beautiful detailed henna done on her arm, I was so wowed I said to myself why not . I signed in to wait my turn and my name got crossed out twice because the sign up sheet is also the same sheet for the brows I never heard my name called so I wasn't sure how I kept getting skipped . So the young lady asked me what did I want I told her it was up to her since I did not have but so much space because of my tattoos so she decided to do my left hand inside and out .. she used some oil and proceeded to do my hand . I felt like it was rushed not very detailed at all... now keep in mind I just watched her do the lady before me arm VERY DETAILED !!!!!!! I have a pic for reference so that you can see the comparison she was charged $45 dollars, and mine was no whee near as detailed so I didn't even think I would be charged close to that amount. Anyhow, my henna was bland to say the least. No instructions on care ( I had to google ) she said oh you only need to let it sit for 20 mins and it should last about 1-2 weeks she said ( I let it sit longer 4 hours again google) she charged me $35 dollars for my hand ! I just paid but I was not satisfied at all! I didn't want to make a stank about it. Google instructed me that it was not to be removed my water ... it had to crust off or be oiled off.. water was dangerous I can't recall why but it was not good for the skin also it needed to cure for a very long time to set into the skin... well it lasted about 2 solid days ! Even with me babying it ......now that I got that off let's get to the good stuff!!! I took advantage of the spa week special for the Vichy shower it was $50 vs $90 bucks . The salon is very beautiful , clean, decorated nicely and the staff is friendly . I came a few mins early as directed , so that I can prep for my service . I was greeted by my masseuse she escorted me downstairs to a locker room, where she gave me a locker robe slippers and disposable panties , they didn't fit so she asked did I feel comfortable without them , I ensured her that I was fine. In the Vichy shower area it's dimly lit I am guess to assure modesty for ladies. On the table was a foil cover that is used to drape over you to hold your body heat and protect you when the shower heads are turned on so you won't get cold from the fresh water. The masseuse explained the whole process and every step she was doing . First was a salt scrub that is made in house with all organic ingredients , rinse and the water just feels amazing !! Just the right amount of pressure and perfect heat!! Next was brushing with oil again just the right about if pressure and rinse. Keep in mind she did one side at a time so we flipped and did the front side in the same order . Lastly she massaged in the oil blend to seal the skin! It just had a fresh natural scent again it's an in house blend all organic ! She wrapped me a plush towel and my comfy robe offers me hot and cold drinks ! She had several varieties of tea so I chose a berry tea!! I sat for a few and let my moment soak in! She checked back to ask if I was ok.. excused herself to prepare for the next client ! In the spa waiting area it's a faux fireplace , water, coffee and teas , and cozy chairs . I can't recall her name ( historically I am awful with name recall ) but she was polite and not once was I treated like a discounted customer . Overall I enjoyed my experience ! I would suggest some reference in pricing for the henna .. I will most definitely be back for services again! read more

Update: I am so genuinely disappointed in this salon. From start to finish, a place that I recommended to my family for great service, failed. I called and made an appointment for two manicures for my sister and her best friend to celebrate my sister's 12th birthday. Upon arriving, we were informed we were early, that the woman doing our nails wasn't ready, and asked to wait downstairs. We then proceeded to wait in a small room for 45 minutes before the first little girl was taken in to have her nails painted. There was no attempts to fix the issue or find another manicurist, we were just expected to wait. We were then told they don't do manicures for kids and the girls could just have the polish changed. While I understand this rule for small children, we are talking about two nearly teenagers who can sit still in a chair and appreciate a manicure unlike a much younger child. I will say that the manicurist did a wonderful job and their nails looked great but after a 45 minute wait, being at the salon for almost an hour and a half, AND being told we couldn't get what we reserved, it was a true disappointment for the birthday girl and myself. I will not be returning and will no longer recommend this salon. ------------------------------------------------ I'm visiting and needed to get my eyebrows cleaned up. I walked in and was seen right away. The salon is clean, well-lit, and pleasant. I was seen right away and they even let my little sister watch what they were doing. Where do I even begin on my experience at Neha's Salon? The *burns* on my face that lasted for over week or the feeling of being manhandled by Deepa? I went into Neha's Salon on a non-busy weekday afternoon, and while I've had mixed experiences there before, I decided to give it another try at it's new location. Big mistake. I asked the receptionist for brow threading and waxing for my chin and lip and she sent me over to Deepa. The chair felt unnatural, I had trouble getting into a comfortable position (NOT meant for waxing) and Deepa repeatedly ran the thread through her mouth, then grabbed my face. Instead of asking if I was OK or if I was comfortable, she chastised me for not coming in more often and proceeded to do my eyebrows. When I asked her to do a wax on my chin and lip, she got clearly annoyed and put WAY to much wax on the stick. It dripped everywhere - including onto my shirt - and it was so hot that she had to keep blowing on it (NOT sanitary!). She then applied the wax sloppily and it got all over my lips (which she then proceeded to wax - because I have hair on my lips?!) and my entire face. I'm blonde and don't have a neck mustache. I left feeling defeated and with two prominent burns - Deepa didn't even put anything on my face to ease the burns that she gave me. She barely acknowledged what had happened, and as I was leaving, chastised me again for not coming more frequently. read more

Simply the BEST brows and pedicure around! I'm a self-admitted tomboy who has been majorly scarred by bad salon services. I've been to all sorts of "fancy" salons in Maryland and have had my brows burned/left red and gross from waxing and been manhandled by rough pedicures. When I moved to Pikesville, I started hearing awesome things about Neha and finally decided to give threading a try. I'm so glad I did! Not only is the threading relatively painless, Neha does an amazing job at shaping my brows every time. I've been a loyal customer ever since. Tonight I tried a pedicure as well and it was fabulous! They were gentle, did a great job and even gave me tips for taking care of my feet at home. It was a completely wonderful experience and I've already booked my next pedicure. I used to work right near Neha, so I finally decided to try it one day. I'd never had my brows threaded, but I've heard good things, so why not?? The parking is a bit tight, but other than that everything was all good. Walking in to the "lobby" area was a little cozy, but I only waited for about 2 minutes before I was taken to the back for my brow service. The threading was interesting...it was weird to look at this dental-floss-type of thread and feel it doing the work on you. Not to mention the loose hairs coming back onto your face for a little tickle. My brow tech was quick and efficient, and I was done before I knew it. I timed myself from getting out of the car to getting back in, and it was 15 minutes. Way to go, Neha. Note: they also give you a loyalty card for your return visits.
