I went to her for the first time in Dec. 2020 and was very satisfied with her work, she is a very friendly person. I returned to my normal esthetician due to the smell in the salon from the nail products.   Fast forward to July 2021, it has been 4 weeks since I had my eyebrows shaped and my esthetician was fully booked, thankfully Sofi had one opening for Friday, the July 4th holiday weekend. Good news is she is out of Jazzy Nails and has her own space in Tucker....it is super cute!   Details -soFACE brow studio is located in Tucker and is appointment only, you schedule everything online through acuity scheduling; it provides a description of each service and the price. Sofi is the owner, she is a licensed esthetician and brow specialist; this business is women and black owned. Check out her IG account for link to scheduling and pics of her work (@soface_bysofi).   Customer service - Sofi is very friendly, professional, and has very positive energy.   Service - Both visits I've had my brows shaped and tinted ($30), this included precise brow shaping, threading, and a professional brow tint that lasts up to 2 weeks.  I use to frequent random threading shops and only pay $13 but I was often not pleased with the work, my eyebrow were ruined, or the shape was different. It really makes a difference going to a brow specialist, you truly get what you pay for and I have no problem paying $30 every 3 - 4 weeks for a tint and shape.

I then asked the receptionist if she could provide me with the phone number to their Phipps location. She said she didn't have it. I asked if she could reach out to a manager, she told me to use google. No number was provided on google... at that point I was getting angry lol. I go to the Phipps location and then I learn their Phipps location is closed (something they should've educated the new worker about). I couldn't believe it lol, kind of messed up my day, being that I was pressed for time. So I turn to google for a threading Salon that's nearby. I called first to make sure the threading salon took walk-ins and had availability at that time. I was nicely greeted and assured that walk-ins are welcome. I'm very particular about my brows, but was very determined to get them done that day. I rushed to the salon, and was again politely greeted. It was the fastest service I've ever gotten. Brows, and lip threaded in record time! More affordable than the other place as well! I believe both came to $15. I tipped the nice lady $5. Definitely support this brow business! You won't be disappointed, they've gained a new loyal customer.

She made them thin, cut my hairs so short I can't even comb them up to hide the thinness, and they also don't look the same at all! Note: there's two locations - I'm not sure if they are owned by the same owner, but they are both located in the same plaza. I've only been to the second location once- which is located upstairs, so I don't have much of an opinion of their second location. It does get pretty busy on the weekends, so either come early or on the weekdays if you don't want to wait. However, even on their busiest days, the longest I had to wait was 20 minutes. I only get my eyebrows threaded here, but they offer other services as well! Eyebrows are $5 now (it used to be $4). However, this place is one of the cheapest places for eyebrows I've found and I've been pretty pleased with the services. I don't have a particular person I go to (you have to pay more if you request for a certain person), but I haven't had any issues with any of the people who did my eyebrows yet.

I don't mind paying $7 if that's a consistent thing, but I do have a problem being discriminated against as if I'm not Indian, just spoke to you in Hindi, and have had previous conversations about these things in the 2 years I have been coming here!
