Very dissatisfied and disappointed after leaving this place. I said to the lady 3 times I don't want my eyebrows thin, I just want them to look the same cuz I like them fluffy. She made them thin, cut my hairs so short I can't even comb them up to hide the thinness, and they also don't look the same at all! I ended up getting lip threading as well, and left with hair still on my lips. I ended up coming back to show the other lady why I needed a refund and after looking at them, she agreed they didn't look the same and were thinner by a lot. I got my lip finished, and got a refund, hence the reason I'm not giving 1 star. read more

I went last week and all I can say is horrible experience. I usually get my brows done here and they come out pretty good but I decided to do waxing instead... BAD IDEA! The "sugaring wax" was indeed not sugar wax. It just the Gigi soft wax. I usually handle them pretty well but this one was PAINFUL! She kept reusing the same cloths and would constantly leave the cloth on my leg with hairs on it , too much baby powder which already isn't good for our lady parts, and because I had a Groupon I was given a half ssa Job with many hairs still there with no clean up strips at all! Just one and done type of situation. Did I mention she gave me an attitude because I didn't tip but how could I if I was charged extra $15 to be left "hairless" even though a Brazilian is suppose to leave you hairless ??! I usually go to Brow Art @ Lenox. When I came there was a new receptionist. The receptionists there, usually assist with brows as well. The receptionist told me they weren't providing threading that day, just waxing. Which was very surprising to me because threading seems to be their greatest specialty. I then asked the receptionist if she could provide me with the phone number to their Phipps location. She said she didn't have it. I asked if she could reach out to a manager, she told me to use google. No number was provided on google... at that point I was getting angry lol. I go to the Phipps location and then I learn their Phipps location is closed (something they should've educated the new worker about). I couldn't believe it lol, kind of messed up my day, being that I was pressed for time. So I turn to google for a threading Salon that's nearby. I called first to make sure the threading salon took walk-ins and had availability at that time. I was nicely greeted and assured that walk-ins are welcome. I'm very particular about my brows, but was very determined to get them done that day. I rushed to the salon, and was again politely greeted. It was the fastest service I've ever gotten. Brows, and lip threaded in record time! More affordable than the other place as well! I believe both came to $15. I tipped the nice lady $5. Definitely support this brow business! This is my go to salon for threading and Brazilian waxing! Naz is wonderful person and service provider and that is why she's so successful in her entrepreneurial endeavor! I have had many Brazilian waxes from various salons, but no one has been as fast and efficient as Naz. I have a low tolerance for pain, but I barely feel anything when I get my services here. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for a couple years. Usually what keeps me at a place is one who looks clean and nice, the staff is professional and polite and the thread isn't all cheap and hard. This place isn't all of those... So considering it's near Lenox and a nice area, I expected a nice store. It's lacking decor. It was mismatched and sloppy, but hey I came for these brows so hopefully they have some good hands.... ugh so painful! She was super heavy handed and the thread was hard and rough and when she showed me, there were obvious spots missing. It's like she was rushing but there was only one other person waiting and it's a brow shop. It's not like they take but 5 mins each person? I only switched it up because it was by the gym I was going to, and Atlanta is in turmoil with no working bridges or roads, but heck I'll sit in 30 mins extra traffic next time for nicer and kinder hands. I called the salon and asked if they do nose waxing and I was assured by the manager that they do. Upon arrival, the employee who was in the salon was about to start threading a client's eyebrows. She was holding the thread string in her mouth while she talked to us (first red flag). She asked what we were wanting and I told her we wanted to get our noses waxed. She said "sorry, we don't do that." I told her that I had just gotten off the phone with someone who assured me that the salon offered that service. Her response was "oh, that was my manager." So I asked her if that wasn't something they do and she said "I just don't do that" and she proceeded to make a face of disgust. Very poor representation of the business and I am not happy that I traveled here to be treated that way. I called the manager back and informed her of the conversation. She said she'd speak to her but didn't offer any solution to the issue at hand. Needless to say, this one is out. read more

Honestly, I don't expect much when it comes to customer service while getting my eyebrows done. I typically go to whomever is available and never cared to invest my time in one person. I always went to people that did a decent job but lacked customer service. Naz has definitely changed my experience. She listened to what I wanted and made sure she understood me correctly before getting started. I expressed my concerns with eyebrow tinting, I tend to stray away due to it's unnatural look. Taking chances on a threading salon in Atlanta can be more catastrophic than when it snows here. Love this place!!! I bought a groupon for $20 for the Brazilian wax. I went in and the place is very clean and the woman doing the work is very nice and personable. She makes you feel relaxed and takes her time. She understands if It is ur first time and is willing to help you through It. I bought 2 more that day for $40 which is a total of 3 waxes for $60!!
