None of the previous reviews match our experience. I feel like the masseuse just got off a plane from overseas country and began working with no experience at all. I am not convinced she has any formal training, as she didn't use any gentleness or techniques that a typical masseuse would use, just lots of rubbing. I've had 25+ massages and never anything like this. They didn't ask our names or any health history or concerns. I tried telling my masseuse at the beginning that my foot was injured, and my knee is swollen and that I have severe scoliosis, and she simply said OK without understanding anything. THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND/SPEAK ENGLISH AT ALL, so there's no way to communicate ANYTHING. Because of that, the masseuse was very rough with my injured foot and wasn't gentle with my body at all. When she wanted my arm off the table, she just pushed it off every time (no gentleness). After 10 minutes of rubbing on my back through the towel that was on my back (there's no sheet to lay under, just a towel), I finally asked if they use lotion. She couldn't understand me at all, so she used her phone to translate what I was saying. She then pulled the towel back and started using lotion, but just squirted it all over her hands which poured all over my back twice. There was no communication when she put the hot stones on me or walked out of the room for a while because she DIDN'T SPEAK ANY ENGLISH. The bed had very little padding, and there was no face pillow, just a small hole in the bed, a hand towel folded around it and a paper towel on top. I did feel good after the massage and my daughter so she had a pretty good experience, but I would not recommend this place at all. Being able to communicate with your customers is essential and that aspect was completely nonexistent.
